At current exchange rate every 1 cent change in CDT is £8,009 plus or minus

1p change for Ensilca £6,667, CODE £3,475, SKL £6,257 etc etc.

Knowing the size of holdings ( and hopefully this will be updated regularly) will help hugely in valuing VELA and might attract investors back who have lost faith.

If we only owned CDT and VELA's price matched that of CDT's we should be at 0.015p

Excluding Aeristech WeShop and MODE I make the current live investments of UK based investments around £1.64 millon = just shy of 0.01p per share without CDT ( at time of writing)

CDT holding currently at £2.47 million = 0.015p

So all the live investments together should give a share price of 0.025p+ on their own.

We are definitely undervalued

MODE is now R8 Capital Investments and suspended, but could see a good return when the merger with Redwood Bank completes in late summer

As is par for the course a drop of 10% on good news ( same happened with cornerstone the other day). Should pick up going forward as this company looks in good shape and is a good investment .

One can take bits out of other's posts to say one thing or another and of course it can't be proved either way but I was being honest that I sold at a profit at an average around 0.03( from sub 0.02 average originally) bought back too soon (ave .025p) and sold those an a stop loss ( @0.02) which pretty much evened everything out. My highest trade was 0.0326 but overall it averaged nearer 0.03 selling the entire holding at that time.. But what does any of that matter. It's all a bit of fun.

All I can see is a lot of sells. When talk is of minor trades signalling foul play then you know a share is in trouble.

It's usually MMs signalling to each other availability of stock/trading range etc. or small trades to pay monthly account fees for holders with no cash balance.

By strange coincidence it’s up 4p to 59p in last 15 mins.

So whatever the holding and whatever the average price ( I don’t think it’s anywhere near that low bigDave ) , it is an investment in decent profit .

The website says 1.1m holding , so I may have missed a quarterly update where they sold more …but all investments are hopelessly out of date on the website e.g we no longer hold any shares in kanabo .

This is a point I think everyone can agree upon . Would take 5 mins to update the holdings

Piecing through RNSs I believe our holding in Ensilica is around 1.63million shares at an average of no more than 50p

Most were bought at 12% discount to original placing price of 50p and some were bought at next placing of 70p but most of those were sold immediately at a profit .

So the average might be lower but if we take 50p then clearly we are 10% up and the current holding’s value is just shy of £900k

This is not false and misleading information…although it would be much better all round if VELA kept a live record of their investments then there would be no argument !
