Just IMO, any RFI by the FDA might have come earlier than 70 days? Dan sounded quite bullish about "news any day now", wouldn't he prefer to cover himself had he been aware of a possible last minute RFI, given 20 more days to the 1st "deadline" (i.e. in case of no RFI that might delay the approval)?

Sdad, sellers are probably those who got in last November at 0.036 so they are locking their 50% profit; once news/numbers are released, selling pressure will abate (or absorbed by new buyers) IMO.

Since June (raise at 0.045), the Co has blasted the open pit mine, started producing at least 2000 t pm, the Mine has a new operator that by November end it'd rump up to 20.000 t pm and supply the JV DMS Plant as much ore as it can process; soon, as per last RNS, the DMS Plant may also have a new operator (not constrained by lack of capital), therefore by Xmas the Co will have - at least - 2 cash generating assets. The Board is also a big owner (and lender) to the Co so their interests are more than aligned to ours. Yet, the SP is at the same level as June!

B55, mkt cap is 5mln; fund raises in the past took place for 100-200k a pop; even if one takes place today (it won't), this means a dilution of say 3%? But logic suggests that the Co will wait 1-2 weeks more, for the - very likely - FDA approval (b4 raising at a higher price, ergo a smaller dilution). This is the worst case scenario possibly (because it might raise later, if it can, when a p/ship deal is potentially announced). IMO

BTW, XSG could raise funds in future but still lead to further rises of the SP (because eg funding risk would disappear, dilution would be minimal etc). For example APTA raised 1.8mln a few weeks ago, when the SP was at 0.35 (@0.30) and now the SP is around 1p (for various reasons); a fund raise is a signal to the market, not always negative or SP detrimental.

All views welcome IMO (group think is disastrous) if providers have good intentions.

Whatever happens today, the fact is that the Co is bound to benefit from 2 global trends; a) increase in trade flows between continents (esp. Asia with LAtam and Africa) and this leads to b) increase in global crime and need for T42's solutions - IMO. Since these future projects will be financed by 3rd parties, there is only upside for the Co. Once the 1st project kicks off (whenever this may be), the mkt will take notice and other global players will follow suit. GLA

IMO, we don't need "saving", just a little bit of patience; even LSE has a banner on top of this page - re the interview - spelling out "Dr Dan Gooding, Nuformix, increasingly confident US regulators will grant NXP002 Orphan Drug Status"; IMO, Dan is in touch with the FDA and expects approval within the deadline - remember that the 90 days include any "pauses" for clarifications, questions etc, therefore it could be a moving target HAD NFX been unable to respond to the FDA; therefore, Dan saying yesterday "it can be any day now" implies - IMO - that there are ZERO issues with the application, hence zero delyas expected. Yes, this is what I said roughly, AFTER the FDA approval but maybe before any p/ship deal, unless something is close to finalisation; ideally, AFTER BOTH are achieved.

Mkt cap is almost 5mln now, assuming any placing (eg 500k?) will occur - IMO - between an FDA-approval one and a partnership deal (for greater leverage in negotiations), is it reasonable to expect that a) Mkt cap will be higher (say, 7-10mln) and b) ergo, any dilution will be minimal (5%?) ?

Good to hear too, that the US shutdown should not impact the FDA approval.

Last - quick - one on Sable, thank you for bearing with me! As per the below Note by TPope, Sable is NOT involved in the Lapon mine, just the DMS plant JV. This means that IRON will make money from the RoM ore sales by the Mine operator (whatever its share is), and money from the net profit of the DMS magnetite (to be) produced by the plant (split? with Sable).
