If u look at their AFS 2024, they mention TED collaboration therein, expansion plans of their rail ops (one of 4 "pillars") into USA, Australia, Asia etc. They had over 1000 Sales' employees and over 200mln revenues (in Rail, i.e. about 20% of total). TED's Unipart-sourced revenues, were 50k in 2023, 1mln in 2024, how much would one reasonably expect for 2025 (to June 30th)? 2-3 million? DYOR

I also think it's important that the Co has "hired" 2 senior advisors (see LinkedIn 3 Sept), to help with expansion; if the Co was on the verge of failure due to eg lack of cash, would a) it spend precious resources on these individuals b) these guys want to join a soon-to-fail operation? IMO, the Co got them onboard because they liked what they saw (incl. its expansion plans). 2-3 days left, before all is revealed.

Hi all, new here; just bought a few shares as IMO we will get good news by the 30th Sept with the Interims. Co had 1.4mln left on 30 April, with a cash burn of +350k per month; this'd have meant that the Co had cash until end of August, had Revenues not increased; usually, at least on AIM, companies raise funds when cash is near 1mln (or more, if cash burn is high), therefore I'd assume that the Co is already B/E with the revenues it generates; OR, together with the Interims, it may announce a small fund raise (1-2mln) for WCap purposes, again assuming it is now covering its overheads; even then (2nd scenario), the SP could start rising because the Mkt would know that this is the last raise before the Co starts making profits; all IMO, we will know by Tuesday. GLA!

Seems we will get it on the 30th? End of Q3, more goodies to announce IMO, still optimistic that we are cash-generative (or very close) - 4 days to go, GLA!

Well, from last year's Interims, we got important info - Gross Margins, Cash b/ce and Outlook; we already know the Revenues for H1 2025, we need to know if the Co is now covering its O/Heads, if cashflow is positive and if they are, or are near, profitable.

Please have a look at the 2min video at the end of the page (1st link); project was to be launched early 2025, so quite likely that Revenues will be reflected in H1 2025 results (and outlook for FY2025); IMO, Unipart has a huge incentive to push TED's products all over the globe (areas not easily accessed by TED itself). We will know in a month or two.

It'll also be good to get some more info next 1-2 weeks, with the Interims ,about the outlook for the PDetector, especially the financing bit; I'd have expected that MET'd be able to finance development out of its own cashflow.

Cryptosp. is only the beginning, more pathogens will/can be added, therefore I can see, after 2026, that most water cos will want to install some of these PDetectors, to cover most if not all of their networks; especially, given the increasing likelihood of more epidemics due to degradation of the environment etc. Water regulators might even impose it on them.

A bit disappointing that we wait until 2026 end, however, very positive that MET is already in serious discussions with UK Water cos (good for cross selling CTMs and other stuff too).

Hi all, I'm new here; got myself a few shares last week after DMOR; seems PIP is turning the corner and the Results (out in Oct-Nov) will evidence this IMO.

As some here say, the SP was crashed due to bankruptcy concerns but the Board owns 40+% of the stock, new Share Options were given to Senior Mgt and the distribution arrangement with Unipart Rail seems to be going from strength to strength; another factor not discussed here is the heavy investment in infrastructure spending (rail, transport, defence) in the EU thanks to Vladimir and the Donald. Europe is gearing up to be ready for quick, heavy use of rail for defence preparation, this is bound to increase demand for TED's products, plus the other subs. too. IMO

Once oper. profits start shooting up (given the appx 50% GMargins), then the debt owed to the Chairman will also start dropping. All said, I don't see why the Mkt cap cannot reach 5mln in 2-3 years. GLA!

Jumping up on such a low volume! What will happen when / if the Interims are excellent and volume rockets?

A small correction needed IMO to the below:

Co will not need another fund raise, as it'd be already be generating cash (we will know in 1-2 weeks); it had £586k at 30 June and it was still owed £350k+ by the Qataris (for job done), so if the Co gives a cash b/ce, it'd be well over 600-700k. Of course, if they have a huge order needing WCap increase, that's another story (or investing in PDetector production etc).

Considering the quick, steep rise, IMO a small 10-15% pull back is not necessarily unhealthy, given this rise on zero news; Bid now 1.08, MM willing to buy stock. Still the Interims to come, before month end, by then another leg up is very probable.

Yes, but that started last year and it's already in the SP (IMO); it was actually delayed and so the Co is still owed money (350k+), which are due by Sept end. When a 2nd similar project (as expected next year) is tendered by Qatar and MET gets it, then yes, this will move the SP up.

Hi GG123, not sure what news/project u mean; the only certain RNS, within the next 2-3 weeks (very latest), is the Interims one; until then, we will see some profit taking possibly (started today it seems).

Nesnoor, indeed, I mentioned APTA and MET to 99; where is 99? I hope he bought in at around 0.70.

GG, 1.5p is the short term target (by October), 2p also possible; my TP for 2-3 years hence is 10p, as a minimum; if/when we get a US-wide licensing deal for the PFAS equipment, obviously 10p will be on the low side.

Well said GG, low o/hs and fully funded is what has made the difference Vs the previous business model. No risk of dilution either and if I am right (will see in 2-3 weeks), MET is now breaking even at least, and generating cash. Pollution, water scarcity, envir. degradation, pandemics etc are all long term trends that MET could benefit from IMO. And it's on the way to building a high-recurring base of reagent uses, which are high margin and almost monopolistic.

Last, technicals also indicate a rise over 1.5p (as per Zak y'day), so overall a great risk Vs reward play. GLA!
