One clarification please - are you sure that for Labskin, it's 50k pa per product (you say 50k x 175 = 8 million)?
I thought that it was 50k pa, per Client (so, 50k x 20 = 1 mln).

Cash burn at 2 mln, on Revenues of almost 1 mln. Gross margin of almost 50%.
A very rough calculation below confirms that the Co has sufficient cash for both 2022 and 2023;
At Sales of 3 mln for 2022, cash inflow will be around 1.5 mln, meaning Cash at Y/E 2022 of 3 mln.
At Sales of 4 mln and over, for 2023, the Co is no longer burning cash.
Assumption of 50% margins is conservative IMO, and so is the 3mln for 2022.

Very good post, thanks. Yes, potential is big and it will take some time still - Now we just need the numbers to show that margins are increasing, cash burn is not huge and that revenues are increasing :)

We are all frustrated it seems, some are more pessimistic than others for acceptable reasons.

IMO, GJB has 1 month to deliver at least 2 important RNSs, and he will be judged on those;
1. 2021 Numbers, which will show the cash burn, margins and the Outlook for H2;
2. Updates on CR and/or BT (as promised over the last 6 months), and the launch of miniaturised PD;
3. Ideally, something on Water mon. trials in the UK and other places but this depends on NDAs etc; the above 2 however have been promised by end of H1 - if he doesn't deliver, the reaction will be negative IMO.

I reckon the first point refers to the rollout of miniaturised PDs? Given that almost half of 2022 is gone, it would mean that if PD sales will have an impact they need (or are expected?) to start soon.

The market is waiting for numbers on cash burn, and margins. Plus solid sales' contracts.
Until we get those, the market will assume the worst in this climate against tech cos (sell first, ask later).
Mind you, considering the huge falls for Tesla, Amazon, Netflix etc, we can't complain much.
If GJB can deliver on just a few of the stuff he's been (over)promising in the last few months, the market will up the SP accordingly.

means that whoever sells, probably sells out for good as it could be difficult to jump in at a lower price than the 1.35 they are selling. That's assuming the RNS is good for the SP!

maybe a high level revamp, I 'd say (just ramping now :)) in anticipation of multiple visits after the RNS!

The fact is that the Bid price has risen from 1.20 to 1.30 on very little BUY volumes.
Normally, such volumes would not affect the price (sometimes, the price even drops despite buying volume, or on zero volume etc because the MM have their own agenda).
What I am saying is that the SP is low, probably oversold and by the looks of it, now beginning to have a positive momentum - the reasons unknown but we can assume why the SP would rise on such little volume.
Just IMO of course.

Insider trading is a fact of life for most AIM stocks.
There have been many false dawns on this stock but you never know, this time might be the real thing. Let the past not discourage you.
Plus, insiders may leak the news in a few days, so we may still have time for the SP to react to that and so we can front run the insiders by buying and waiting.
Insiders will only buy when a profit is a sure thing and their mates in the City will get wind of it and that's when the SP will start rising.
What we, PIs, are doing now is just taking a calculated risk that:
1. an RNS is imminent
2. The news will be positive
It does not mean we are right :)
I hope we are, of course, based on the past of KP2, its potential, its backers, the global food situation etc.

Whatever happens, upon the RNS' issue the SP will move up or down.
Personally, I expect it to move up because this project has been brewing for over a year and a lot of positive catalysts have occurred during this period (food prices rising, potash supply reducing due to sanctions etc).
Food supplies are getting more precarious and the financial press is full of articles bemoaning the long term upwards trend for food prices, making it probably much easier to obtain finance (which is the elephant in the room).
Given that the SP jumped to 1.80 PRIOR to the Opt. Survey RNS being released (8 weeks ago), a positive (for S/holders) RNS would easily beat this threshold.
So I agree that 2p should be easily breached (even 3p) if that occurs.

And the BUY price jumping to 1.34 on very little volume, should mean something?
Maybe the MM is reading this BB :)))

IMO, a widening spread signifies something.
It could be due to uncertainty as to the direction of the SP, or
News expected to cause a sudden price movement (up or down) so the MM wants to profit when people jump in or out.

I do not disagree, actually yes, it's the algorithms setting the prices.
What I tried to say was that, with markets being on edge, one would (reasonably?) expect that the SP (both Bid and Ask) would be marked down, given the low volumes.
Of course, maybe because what i have just mentioned, the algorithms simply made the Bid-Ask spread so big that by default the Ask price increased for no obvious reasons.
So, it's all guess work.
What's certain is the RNS due in 1 week or less (good or bad, time will tell). GLA

Well, it depends on why.

Normally, small volumes do not affect the spread, especially the Ask price, especially when markets are edgy.

So I guess it''s good.
