Surfit. Sadly the decision makers at the II's probably didn't really care that much (as long as they weren't too diluted) as it isn't their money!!

Summing up though. The argument from the BOD seems to be that they never normally release the votes via RNS and don't feel the need to change now.

I pointed out that at a normal AGM the votes are made public in the room which of course they have not been here.

I got no reply after that.

I emailed both Directors Mogger.

He's right. 10 million did go for that - it's a delayed trade though that only is shown on some sites.

I agree about the upside but JAs loan is secured on the assets so I reckon the downside may not be secure at all.

The cash IS running out - so they have gone for the assets.

How can they expect to hide this year's AGM votes - the voting percentages are always made public at AGMs!

I expect that their pride has been dented by the results. Do they both lack the moral upstanding to release the figures? It sadly appears so.

I hope that they will be forced to release them before too long.

Sorry, looking back at the reject emails I see that they wanted .4p for 400,000 shares.
For the 200,000 they wanted .32p

I asked Fill or Kill for 200,000 shares and it was rejected and they said that they wanted .4p for orders of that size.

Well they won't let you fill yer boots!

100,000 at .31p was all I could get.

Well I've tried to buy 400,000 shares at market value - No quote
Then 400,000 shares at .3p fill or kill - Rejected
Then 200,000 shares at .3p fill or kill - Rejected
100,000 shares is the Normal Market Size apparently so am trying that now....

Even without news human nature can be exploited.

Weak holders sell if there is a price slide as they fear they will lose more.

A price spike attracts buyers hoping that it will rise further.

Rinse-repeat.

These falls are always suspicious when you can't get a quote for even a small amount to buy .....

I also think that it is outrageous that this BOD appears to have completely exploited the Covid situation to dramatically increase their share options (7% of the company for employees!) while also hiding the shareholder's voting results!

Perhaps the FCA are a good place to contact as they are the regulators?

It hasn't been replaced yet, but if FIG agrees to the new deal with Navitas then I agree there shouldn't be any CGT liable.

Some have said that the fee may be as large as 50%, which surprised me.

We just don't know though because the company has never released the details of the no-win-no-fee agreement.
