Most here are long-termers but are also pragmatic, but what a lot of us don't like is the way the BOD are now handsomely rewarding themselves share options from the remaining assets while the company runs out of cash.

The big thing is these new share options are UPFRONT and not spread over 5 years, which their share option incentives would have been.

I believe this is enrichment by stealth and not a real 'pay cut' at all.

The fundraising option comes after cash and the banking facility so they are hopefully in an okay place.

You can tell this company is being run by entrepreneurs and not your usual plain management - they are creative and lean!

I can imagine that they may have to raise a bit, but I do know that the BOD and family / friends are big holders so I don't imagine that they would want to dilute too much.

I've upped my holding here recently as I like Franco Manca very much and the share price has been historically low. I think
the chains we read about going into administration in the current lockdown are those that were almost bust anyway. I am hoping Fulham Shore will come out the other end stronger and with fewer of the debt-laden competitors.

To be fair Hargreaves do the maths on what/where you hold them in the Vantage Accounts.
No reason to think Godders isn't telling the truth.

Yes Godders - I hold mine at Hargreaves Lansdown too.

All you have to do is send them a 'secure message' and say that you want to vote on the AGM resolutions.

HL will reply and ask for your response. They want a 'For' or 'Against' to each motion. It only takes a few minutes and I have to say it is a cathartic exercise for us long term holders!

Today I have voted down the AGM resolutions.

Contact your broker and vote this time!

Voting them out may not work, but it will at least show that we are not happy.

I will vote mine against.

The money raised from the share offering gives the company cash and leeway so changes the perceived value of all the shares.

Just make sure your compulsion doesn't take you past 0.5% Godders!
