Switching this off now til after Xmas as I can't see anything happening now until the new year. Merry Christmas everyone and let's hope for a prosperous new year!
I think if Oxus comes in and comes in big it will be good for AIM in general. Most folk will be reinvesting it and that will mean many millions flowing into AIM!
If you have ever spoken to RS you will quickly be of the opinion that once this is all over he will retire. This is his pension IMO. I have no doubt that once the Uzbeks have paid up Oxus will be wound up or sold as a shell to another company.
Marv - He always comes across as very agitated to me! Perhaps he will cheer up a bit once this is all over
The question is: had the misappropriation not happened would Oxus now be a £Billion Mcap company?
Great links Vlad - thanks for sharing.
Seems to be moving up quickly now, looks like we'll be back at 4p in no time!

Vlad - pigeon pie was perhaps a bad example lol. It wasn't his research though, he copied and pasted it from marmar on ADVFN. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and view on things whether you or anyone else agrees or not.
Vlad it is Kyrgz and Jeerooy, we are well aware of this. You are completely missing the point. Why is it everything anyone else posts is rubbish unless it comes from Vladlenin? "As an example, the experience of one of the first developers Jerooy - company Oxus Gold, which held the field thorough preparatory work, built a factory and then she withdrew the license. The idea in this case is the question of the cancellation of the license require judicial settlement".
Great find - is this not basically an acceptance of liability by the state? Interesting times...
'Tis true... Professor Stern is a very stobbir battle axe. A simple Google seach of 'Brigitte Stern disqualify' will bring up many links.
...and isn't Ms. Stern working for the Uzbeks?
I didn't mean your post was inaccurate, I meant Shead's guidelines. I read a link that was posted on ADVFN a while back but I will certainly try and dig it out. I'm not going to do anything but perhaps if the regulators actually regulated AIM then misleading CEO statements would be more wisely worded. If this was a FTSE 100 company then RS without a doubt, would have to explain himself to the board and shareholders. Our board is 1 man so he gets away with it. He isn't in control of the proceedings but HE IS in control of the contents of the RNS'S that he writes and that is my point. So what you're saying is we should take all RNS with a pinch of salt? That no one should buy based on a CEOs comments? I can assure you that a lot of people have, myself included. If he hasn't the foggiest then keep stum - not difficult to comprehend. We all have our own views on this but I'm afraid I'm more of a hardball and expect company directors to take responsibility for their actions or inactions. AIM is an absolute disgrace and that's why it has been a bear market for a good few years now. Until it is properly regulated there will never be a net inflow of funds as all the big boys are on the other side of the fence!
Cam - why give inaccurate information if you do not know yourself? We understand that it will come when it comes but Shead has a responsibility to release accurate information to the market. People buy and sell based on his comments and personally I think he has to take some responsibility for that. I run 2 companies and although not listed I certainly do not mislead people. If I don't know I simply state that I do not know but when I do you'll be the first to know. In his position you cannot afford to make mistakes and if you do then you have to take responsibility for them whether it was in good faith or not. Where exactly do we draw the line? If we are still waiting in a years time (2017) and RS has stated end of 2014 and then very near future (Sep 15) then I'm afraid I disagree with you. That is called misleading the market whether he intended to do it or not. P.S average timescale for UNCITRAL was passed in October and we are now over the average. We should hear by H1 2016 by the very latest.
The next RNS will be RAB reducing their holding and then hopefully the big one. I certainly wouldn't complain if it was vice - versa. Has anyone managed to speak to anyone at the company this week?
God we were saved there by the 3p support. There are a lot of buyers waiting around this level it seems. It should bounce now. Come on RS very near future is now or never!
Just tried and no answer. I also sent an email last Wednesday after I was told they were out of office til Monday. I still haven't had a reply. This is unusual for Oxus and I really think something is going on behind the scenes!
I have just sent her an email... worth a shot!
