LOL! RNS does not make any sense. They should simply say we want our jobs, we do not care about shareholders. You give us your money, we spend it on our luxury life.
No mention of payment of Rent.. All they are interested is annoying Ashley! LOL..

Answer is simple, board want to keep their job no matter what happens to the company as Ashley wants to take over. Ashley taking over is good for shareholders but not for the board. Therefore they simply want to hand all the controls to the bondholers so that Shareholders (Ahsley) gets wiped out.

This leaves Ashley with only option to either take over or lose all his investment. Ashley definitely not going to make an offer means pre pack administration will happen and then after selling all the main assets, they will enter administration and then Ashley can buy the left over bones .. LOL!

Anyway.. .. I was not expecting my short position to make such a huge profit on a day yesterday. 1.59p share price says only one thing - Administraion is imminent. Dirty politics between Debs board and Ashley made shareholders pay the price. Only losers are you not them!

Feel very sorry for long holders.. I have closed my short position at 1.60p... Cannot be happy with decent profit when I see many losers here... Dont worry guys, take it as a learning experience and move on from here...

Remember if share price is cheap, its cheap for reason. Dont ever fool yourself again with silly thinking about Takeover etc..

Well.. They cannot simply accept Ashleys offer without approval from Bondholders. If banks decline to offer the loan, Bondholders/credtors will go fro pre pack administration which means everything will be sold without shareholders approval. This is more similar to Brexit situation. This will continue to drag on till they go bust. Unfortunately they do not have enough time! Only way they can come out of it now will be if Ashley makes take over offer which is confirmed that not happening!
