Alex owner of Fortek have supplied tills rolls to big supermarkets for years, moving into PPE alongside the pandemic and making absolute bank off of it going by their earnings.. No doubt conversations are happening.

I am hopeful the sales page was removed due to fulfilling industry direct rather than B2C. But who knows.

That simply is not the reality of the current situation though.

In house production is not set up, until confirmation it doesn't exist. Licensing we have had no further clarity on Volz capacity, or any other disti partners.

Retailing via amazon has come from the incumbent sales bloke, so imo can not be trusted. He told me the machine was ready to go when i spoke with him in December and they were working out how to run it 24 hours per day.. blokes a bullsh*tter and just likes to chat..

Cash rich company, yep. And are still working out how to spend it.. That raise was to secure the future of RMS. f all to do with furthering P2F prospects.

Next few weeks are crucial, Alex is the individual i trust in here to take the business forward. Clarity of vision, production KO and initial orders (dont care if they are small) is what i expect over the next 2 weeks.

My concern is RMS have behavioural trend when it comes to success to date. Basically, they don't achieve it but make good noise.
the 5million placement undertaken yet they are still determining how best to distribute these funds... like jesus, how do they not know or have planned where was best to allocate them, no wonder TB & PR raped them for years, blokes didn't have a clue when it comes to business - and that isn't an insult but more so an observation, Gareth is clearly the mind behind the products.

I'm confident considering Alex has operated in business for years and has an actual real life record of selling & success, as seen in the most recent earnings announcement at his company.

FYI the RMS logo is from a template off of Canva, marketing had never been their strong suit, and you see the same with their Mask collateral, it is so average and wordy...

Firmly believe Alex is the key man here to turn the tide - couldn't find anything on the other 2 new additions to BoD really other than their linkedin stuff..

I have a PT of 6.1 here within a month, of course that is reliant on commissioning w/c 15th, and sales orders following sharply after.

In the effort to make this a more informative board in December i spoke at length with a member of the team, i also introduced them into a couple of contacts of mine.. at that point it was clear they had limited 'leads', i am sure that has changed and with the new chap coming in has no doubt in a number of cracking conversations, at least... I guess the point is, this little win is not done.. they need help selling the masks imo..

Anyone with contacts into private health such as Nuffield/Virgin Care/Bupa alike should try to broker a conversation. I have a friend within the NHS who has spoke with them, and have info out to a couple other contacts within borough councils.

Please remember they are a team of 5... they need an external sales force pushing this, the masks will not sell themselves.

Sorry for going on, but after witnessing what you all did with turning down the warrants turning your attention to wider market engagement would be well placed imo.

PI's largely driven price here since TB sold out. General consensus i think is these don't get passed, but who knows, quite exciting none the less.

Currently do not hold a position here, depending on the outcome today i'll buy back in, whether that is 30% above or below current SP. Simply awaiting clarity.
