Yeh as i said and i stick to, not remotely impressed by him.

Allow me to cover these off.

1. They are yet to make the technology a success in the Mask.. why get excited about other outlets when they are yet to succeed on this application.
2. There has always been opportunity to create value this a sweeping statement tbh and they raised fund at the cost of shareholders @5M without an understanding on where best to leverage funds.
3. This is positive, but it makes me ask why Alex would not stay on board, that is the sticking point. But great if they distribute and they leverage existing sales contracts.
4. Obi has been with the business for MANY years. Please point me to his previous track record/success when it comes to commercialising or development of activity? I don't want my leadership to be enthusiastic, i want them to be effective, i do not think he is particularly effective. Perhaps he will prove me wrong.

IF the product was ready to be sold at scale Alex would want to be part of the strategy, lining up customers and directing the ship to his end.

Because heads of terms is a prerequisite to a contract. Not actually a contract. Reality is they shouldn't of said anything until the contract was signed.

So Alex has received 8M shares, options on a further 7M & £150,000 cash - you claim he gets 8m alone and it is 'nothing' actually it represents nothing has changed when it comes to the company diluting shareholders.

I think they will get there but it isn't going to be soon. Honestly i think it will be Q3 until it starts coming together.
