The question implies that subcontracting and scalability are mutually exclusive, something which is conceptually unsound. Our business is scalable precisely because we can build internal resource (ie ‘overhead’) to run at full capacity to meet the ‘valleys’ in demand, and subcontract out extra business for the demand ‘peaks’. When we are satisfied that demand has grown sustainably to a new level, we are able to evaluate whether, on a risk-adjusted basis, it is more profitable to build more internal resource or to continue subcontracting. By running our business in this way, we are able to carefully manage the risk of covering our overheads while remaining flexible to grow our revenue. Looks like very small investors are giving up on this but bigger investors gradually buying.

However, as announced in the last few months, board members bought nearly £100,000 of shares in December 2015 at higher prices than the share is currently trading at and our executive chairman extended his holding to 5.6% of Paragon, making him one of the largest single shareholders. It's a difficult one to call. Both of the directors are experts in their fields. They could easily earn the same elsewhere. They have enormous responsibility in managing projects for which around £40 million has been raised by investors. Rock pool will have been very careful in entrusting their clients money to the spvs. So on balance I think the pay is justified but I would like more clarity on how bonuses are calculated

Don't think prs. Look at the rns issued when they sold their tranch at 1.20. I would be gobsmacked were they to sell again . Paternoster not exactly covered themselves in glory so far with other investments. I reckon that ppg is their best chance of improving their own sp. selling more would be foolish in the extreme

NEW RENEWABLE DIESEL WILL REVOLUTIONISE TEMPORARY POWER SECTOR Green D+, the new renewable diesel equal to red diesel in terms of cost and efficiency, which slashes emissions beyond the best biofuels, will revolutionise the temporary power sector. Speaking at an EIN sustainability podcast, Jonathan Anderson, Head of Technical & Investor Relations at Green Biofuels Ltd, the British company that developed and distributes the fuel, highlighted its massive potential. “Green D+ is a pure paraffin made by hydrogenation and isomerisation,” Anderson said. “It achieves exactly the same chemical formula as red diesel without the aromatics and napthene, both of which are the big causes of red diesel’s emissions and CFPP (freezing point) issues. “Green D+ has a longer shelf life and the same maintenance schedules as red diesel and, crucially, it doesn’t require any engine modification,” he added. “The two fuels can be blended seamlessly.” Green D+ is cleaner on the generator than red diesel and produces 35 per cent less NOx and 85 per cent less particulates. Extensive testing saw it take a Tier I generator to Tier IIIA for NOx and a Tier II generator to Tier V for particulates.

that this announcement hasn’t put a rocket under the sp. Maybe everyone is chasing MTV. Our day will come. This should make a massive difference to planning.

There is no low risk investment these days! Just look at big oil companies, banks commodities. All down massively in the last few years. I've had my share of bad calls. In particular PTV . Thought it was on the right track about 16 months ago . Now suspended ! I got out about 6 months ago and even then was down 90%! Plutus feels like a safe investment. The only thing that has held back the sp was the way they dealt with the share issue to directors which blew away trust . That is rebuilding now.,good news flow should push us back up to 2p and further

I reckon it was because the news had been trailed by many in December. However I think it is important to note that more money was raised than in other similar offerings. Also various little indications of acceleration inferred. We seem to be building strong support above 1p with buying each time it slips back. Early days yet but if the general stockmarket stabilises investors may like what they see here. I certainly do.

this RNS surprised me. I knew about the 100 million shares being issued but didn't expect them to use their own cash to buy warrants at this stage. £180000 paid into the business . Big vote of confidence

I used to be a holder here and held on too long but jumped ship once I realised Kartina was never going to happen. Leon Hagen has tried very hard to make change here but what exactly is he trying to do ? There is no business to save.

TW can't read and will never change his mind so dint expect anything there. I thought it was a very considered and understated RNS. They are still talking about building the business and balance sheet with non dilutive funding and I don't see them coming to the market in 2016. On the back of a rising price in 2017 and to rapidly expand the business they may need to. They talk in the RNS of potentially 700mw of sites. That would make a really big company with a market cap in the tens of millions. I firmly believe we will be on course for a series of surprise RNS announcements in the coming months to show how things are developing .

But crucially they don't want to be accused of pump and dump so the best course of action would be gradual releases of good news over a couple of months in my opinion

Not sure I agree with that. In way you can't win with an RNS . Friday RNS gets a chance for people to talk about it over the weekend so can also provide a lift. Anyway I suspect it will be tomorrow but who knows. There were a lot of RNS announcements in October/November/ December . I suspect they have taken a decision to reduce the number of announcements to those required by AIM rules. Whilst lack of news is frustrating it is better that they get on with the job of creating a real business that will bring value to shareholders . Remember that the people running this are experts in their field and have joined Plutus to make themselves money. They now have massive personal share interest in the success of Plutus . Rewards will come to the patient
