Why they bother a new NOMAD? To save money, I don't think it is worth to get a NOMAD and list on AIM. it costs them 200K per year? this is too much for NYO. So, delist risk is high. I lost more than 20K on Chinese companies, all delisted after NOMAD resigned.

Shareholders can only wait JQW update on their plan. I don't think they will rob investors. PI own 20% of the company and can launch lawsuit in the case of unfair act from JQW. Their business in China is performing OK and profitable. They are afraid of lawsuit or publishing wrongdoing. i expect their buyback of shares at average dealing price over the last 20 days or holder can hold.

if you put your money into a Chinese company, you should not expect much communication or publicity as they don't care and dont use English. the bod made a huge mistake to float in AIM. if in Chinese market, the share price is more than 1 pound. you can check the price of any similar company (no share price below 30p in china). when company lose money, local government will save it or restructure it or other businessman will purchase it they have money but have nowhere to invest. they want to buy oversee company, but it is difficult due to protection and hard to manage due to culture difference. the share price of this company could fall to 1p due to loss of trust however it could fly to 20p in one day if other Chinese businessman want to take over or company issue some good news. no company in china dont fraud. that is their culture. UK government should do any business with Chinese as they will get nothing. i don't think present government understand this.

some companies have little asset but share price is high. You know why, the business's future is promising. so shareholders are happy to fund their operation. for this company, are you happy to put more fund into it such as placing at 1p. do you know when their debt mature and what is their interest rate? when debt 's mature, it is hard for MWA to renew the borrowing with the low interest rate. my guess is interest rate of 10%.

the market is always right. the share looks cheap if you add up its all assets. however, if you notice the borrowing of $80m, you will realise the risk of burst. many companies go bankrupt due to unaffordable loan. when you did not make profit, you have no way to cover your interest and loan and the company is not yours anymore. in their annual report, their cost is over $1k/ounce. the business will always be in loss if the gold price go lower.

The board has no interest to protect investors. the tender offer is at lowerest price. is is shameful to return share holders with huge loss. today, another company CDC have similar case. but the tender offer is much better. 60% above one month average trading price. The difference is one is Chinese company and the other is philliphine company. somebody should report this case to legal office.

the results are not bad. eps is 0.4p. nav is 30p. the share price is heaviily undervalued due to no interest from investors. when people wake up, or Chinese come to buy, sp could be above 20p quickly. i include it in my ...
