@Stan
If you have a bit of spare time, this video by VSA capital is well worth a watch; especially the processing plant tour, from about 6:30 onwards.
Highly recommended it if you've not seen it. Lots of detail covered and very informative.

Yes @mazik. Lol I'm just joking with Neilin. I'll correct the wording of a previous post. It was ambiguous to be fair.
'Put it this way. If he's [Lang] still holding a minimum of 31m shares .... I'll keep hold of my smaller holding too'
ATB LB
Indeed @sp. Plus to my mind there's a huge technical / logistical / time advantage to having this plant geographically close to their development facilities, especially if any tweaks or modifications are required. Much easier to do that on the doorstep than it being remotely located in SA.
ATB LB
Some interesting developments there and good uplift to the resources and reserves. Additional drilling planned to improve confidence and conversion to a full blown DFS is a great step.
Running the back end plant remotely at ktech also sounds like a smart move.
A slower read through required but initial impressions are of a good update there.

@neilin only 28m ..... Busted. :) I must file my declaration. Lol.
On top of the placing holders, I subscribe to the view put forward earlier that there are a few parties that have recently bought in but sit under the 3% threshold. Can't completely prove it yet but trade data strongly suggests a string of big buys a few weeks back. The identity of these 'individuals'might turn up soon in the public domain. (4-6 weeks)
I'll reserve absolute judgement till then if it shows up.

Ps I'll dm you some info on our other mutual interest... Just some side info for you to ponder in case you've missed it. Not a positive development imo :(
Some interesting chat here today on this liquidity subject. Thanks for all the differing views. So nice to read civilised debate. Rare on these bb; long may it continue.
Fwiw I agree with fastfood 'We need to continue to Share experience on here.' Bang on! The more eyes on it the better imo. If it can be discussed sensibly without toys coming out of the pram, all the better.
I agree that high volume trades are becoming scarce. Reference back to my posts on the LRGS deffered trades a few weeks back. Millions were transacted per day in the 500k + mark. This is not happening now for whatever reason. There's been a definite shift.
One thing to note is Mr Langs position. Last known to be at 9.03%. Don't know for sure if he's bought more, but if not, a sell of only 105k would trip the 9% tr1 threshold. Conversely he's about 3.67m away from 10%. So there headroom for him to have a 'trading pot'. If he's into that :)
It's all based on his last known holding. What I'm saying is any tr1's showing a reduction in his holding would provide a gauge.
Put it this way. If he's still holding a minimum of 31m shares ... so am I.
GLA. Interesting weeks/months ahead I feel.

Max Denning, an original founder of Tungsten West left as CEO in the summer last year. This was clearly rns'd. Max was thanked for his services back then.
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/TUN/restarting-hemerdon-mine-and-directorate-changes-wwqqpu9d6ktxqne.html
His role was temporarily filled by the vice chairman Mark Thompson and a consultant on a short term contract. Effectively saving 7 months of ceo pay.
The new guy, Neil Gawthorpe, is simply a replacement for Max. The other 2 leaving are NEDs. Not part of the executive director team.

Not sure how relevant but this event by StartCodon maybe Mazik ....

I concur Vii
From half year results....
"Sales of aggregates continued throughout the reporting period, with £117,000 revenue being recognised. The Group ceased its production of aggregates from waste material left by the previous operator after selling 102,000 tonnes of material and demonstrating the ability to establish a market for the product. Aggregates production will recommence as the mineral processing ramp up completes. Product mix and volumes will be in line with mine waste facility strategy and valid permits."
Stopping the lorry movements was a decision taken in sympathy with local opposition to the proposed increase.

Nothing to suggest so Stan. No local rumblings or hints of a problem.
Start up plans still on track for Q2/Q3 as far as I know. Sadly nothing on the permits yet - Once they are granted it could provide a small catalyst to the SP. The recruitment drive is still very active. TW also appearing at various career events in the locality. The sort of vacancies available shows what work roles are required in the near future.
There was a recent site visit to Tomra, setting up the sorters and running some muck - results from that were good. Makes me think that the sorters are also getting closer to install / commissioning.
TW continue to engage with the local community and progress their plans. Senior staff went to PDAC and INDABA recently.
The lack of aggregate sales (lorry movements) may be contributing to the downside - but this was reported and priced in months ago IMO. This may get noticed in the accounts later this year as it will show as lower cash sales since the embargo.
The drop is probably more to do with markets in general getting hammered today. It's tough out there all round.
Personally I still have faith in their ability to carry out their plans and achieve production start up this year.
Great overview vid here if you've not seen it. The walk around the processing and refining plant is particularly interesting.

....OOPS - pressed tab and space and posted by accident :)
Basically looks to me like a negotiated trade between several parties away from the MM's hence the odd distance to the Bid and Ask. One offload and multiple smaller buys
IMO - like I say a quick glance. May get a chance later to delve deeper.
More of this game may show up delayed later too.

Hiya Neilin
Bit strapped for time today, but just took a quick look

Mazik 9.18.
Thats my view. Says to me directors are happy with their current renumeration. The advantage of the options being it keeps cash burn on wages low for now.
Personally speaking I'd be much more upset to uncover a hefty director pay increase in the next set of accounts. #lifestylebusiness
The SP needs positive news flow to cement the recent gains. A lot of the recent rise is sentiment based mixed with a bit of fomo imo.
I view this RNS as a positive in that respect.
