The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
Evening Neilin,
Thanks for the reply. It was to do with the timeline coincidences that you posted about on 30th March. Point #3
- - -
'Now, here is where a number of "coincidences" appear (to me) to align.
1. Conduit / Murphy listing expected September/October
2. Our kit ready for clinical trials September/October (from the above timescales)
3. Fairjourney Biologics (our reagent antibody manufacturers) are hosting one of the biggest conferences in the world - The anti-bodies Series 2023 September 6th - 8th' .
- - -
Thinking about it, perhaps the coincidence is more in Fairjourney's favour. Watch this space and see how the timelines play out. Like I said before I'm buying your theory of aligning the project development with news flow and publicity events for maximum impact. Maybe tenuous but it's a good theory.
The San Diego conference in October you posted about yesterday is a different matter entirely. I notice some large names associated again... Pfizer, Bayer, Astra, GSK, Novartis, Sanofi. Good exposure. Especially if it aligns with the above and there is some positive Ciz / Conduit news flow floating about. This event is 6 months hence.
Lets see - hope you're right.
BTW I spent an hour or so clicking though links off Fairjourney. It lead me to Iontas and Flow Eighteen38. Some interesting semi related subsidiaries/partners there with links to our target industry. eg Hubrecht Institute and cancer research.
Paired with Conduit and FairJ, it feels to me like we're working with some well connected partners in our field and ones commensurate with our size.

@Neilin
You alluded a while back to the 'Anti-bodies Series 2023' conference in Portugal?? early September.
This one I think:-
https://www.antibodyseries.com/
I've been digging into this to try and find tangible links to Ciz involvement but have come up blank. Any pointers you know about and if this is any more or less significant as a gathering of minds than the San Diego event?
For those wanting to read up on the latter took me a while to find a reg free link..

Thanks in advance

Apologies for the interjection but I agree @T4G.
Sorry Tygra disagree (but hope you're well my ansom)
From the official LSE data, only 3 show after hours and none are marked as delayed. All live after the bell IMO.
Bottom one is flagged PRIC (negotiated trade - often directly between parties. No MMS involved). Other two are flagged ECHO.
PRIC's and ECHO's don't normally come in matched pairs and there's 1:46 between them.

To confuse matters the data on this site shows a forth, the 16:49:23 trade cancelling...
03-Apr-23 16:49:23 8.60 -2,359,745 Unknown* 7.60 7.80 -202.94k O
...so in reality there are only 2 actual trades. 16:49 PRIC and 16:51 ECHO. Just odd that they are the same volume from 2 different venues.
Still learning - so if anyone has any ideas I'm all ears.

Maybe related... This from linkedin 26 mins ago. It's a link to the recent stockbox vid.
"Exciting updates on the CIZ1B test as Cizzle Biotechnology plc CEO Allan Syms emphasizes the importance of #earlycancerdetection and the economic burden of #cancer on a global scale.
"The progress in the lab, our labs up in the University of York, has been going very well over the last few months in particular, so we have now honed down what the test will look like, we've got our automated platform ready to go, and the next steps on that will be to start to enter into clinical testing within the USA. So all very positive from our side with a very clear route to how we get to that very large market."
CorePath and Cizzle Biotech are continuing to work together to develop a simple blood test for early #lungcancer detection."

Nothing new IMO.

@Cad.
Its little groupings like this from yesterdays data that are suspect. All with the same time stamp. 2 +ve one - ve. Sometimes in groups of 5 trades often delayed over 2 days. It's been going on here for a while now. Likely these are the swaps taking place.

I have a mate from another bb who used to have an Ortex account. I've reached out to him to see if he can provide any more info. Will report back if he replies.
Each to their own but shady activity in my book.

2nd RNS from these guys in as many days.
2.5% held in CFD/spreadbets by Spreadex. Had a feeling there was some CFD's going on for a while.
Wonder if they accidentally went over the 3% reporting level and now moved back to just a shade under (2.99%) hoping no one would notice.
oops! Now you see us/now you don't. Busted

@Sb - I must be missing something. Not seeing what you are. The 27 page doc is titled :-
CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION OF A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY
...shouty caps lock font not intentional - product of a cut and paste :)
'Private' not 'public'. I'm super busy so only had a chance to skip read. Prepared to be corrected.
Cheers

Your concept / theory of an inflexion point in the autumn is in interesting one. Does make sense to try funnel the developments and hence news flow for maximum impact for all parties.
Nice one if it plays out as you suggest. Thanks for sharing.

Just watched the interview. Thanks Bamb and VincentVega on the other thread for sharing links earlier.
Confident delivery and same consistent message. Gets interesting from around 8-9 minutes on.
Worth 15 minutes of your time if you've not seen it.

There's a bit more poke behind this move now. 17% up.

I've emailed TW today to ask if there is any truth to this speculation.
Personally going to wait for their reply or an RNS to confirm one way or the other.
With respect @Deranger, are you sure he's actually left (resigned) and not just stepped down as acting interim CEO?
As previously posted, Mark was standing in as temp CEO after Max Denning resigned last summer. Neil Gawthorpe is the permanent replacement AFAIK. Mark gone back to executive vice chairman full time.
Prepared to be corrected on this. Truth will come out.

@Mediman 17.48 it's strongly correlated to fib levels imo
Since the rise from c. 1.5p to c. 4.8p, the SP has been convincingly holding the classic fib levels, as indicated by the black lines on the chart linked. To be honest I was expecting it to bounce harder upward today, but as you say it has held the 3p level several times for a few weeks.
Will we see lower values? I'm not sure. 2.8p is the next test level south, with 3.5p up to the north, but currently the SP is about to see an upward MACD cross; and RSI is running at around 38. Both positive sentiment signs of oversold.
FWIW These were the reasons I added today. Charts are not everyone's cuppa but I think they at least give an indication.

As others have said the fundamentals / current Mcap speak for themselves and firm news will be the real catalyst. Assay, Corepath and Conduit being the gems. The US link is not to be under estimated in my opinion and brings Ciz multiple benefits and opportunities.
Good weekend to one and all. 1hr shorter. Less time to wait for Monday's bell. :)

With respect you probably need to assess for yourself whether K Tech are already set up and already acquainted with dealing with hazardous waste streams.
eg...
'K-Technologies, Inc. has extensive in-house expertise relative to the recovery of uranium from phosphoric-acid operations (U3O8 from P2O5). K-Tech personnel were instrumental in the development and commercialization of the so-called “Second Generation” solvent extraction technology that was implemented in the mid-late 1970’s. This type of technology became the mainstay of the U3O8 from P2O5 industry for the 1970’s-90’s time period.'
I'm sure due diligence and risk assessments have been carried out by RBW and K-Tech prior to agreeing this pilot plan.
