Something very strange going on with retail having a punt on a penny stock? What say 50 retail punters gambling less than £4k. That Sam buffoon who came on here saying it’ll be 1p in days and blah blah put in £8k and did well to only lose £3k. They’ll be plenty more pumping and dumping here before the administrators come on. Very good point. Surely though if the IP was a real moat they’d have been bought before now and with strategic investors. L’Oréal invested in Rembrand. Miri for sale last year and nowt.

Surely any suitors have been sounded out and are not interested. Remember they were also up for sale last year and nowt. I suspect ths IP or model not as good as thought hence revenue, TripleLift wouldn’t have walked away if this the next big thing. Hope something is salvaged but can see a pump before large dumps. IIs will surely have some pumping on BbS to try and get as much as they can

Talks likely started soon after the awful trade update so 4 months is a fair take.

Creditors will be parties they're working with like consultants, specialists who've been working on programmatic (not Triplelift). Being the thorough researcher you are I'm sure you've looked at Trade and other payables in the current liabilities. FYI at Sept interim (as at end of June) was nearly £2m FFS with some £800k to be received. Let's say they currently owe £1m, with April cash burn they likely have £1m left and remember all staff need 1 month, 3 months for senior team and 6 months pay for management. Hence admin next week.

Rembrand know MIRI is going under and they can pick uo where they left off and I doubt need to buy the IP and who will take them to court to spend millions on complex IP law.

aside from **** poor maangement the bod has done nothing wrong. they issued an early jan update and anyone not worried and buying deserved to lose money. i don't wish that on anyone (2 aside). it's been the ceo's show for a while and my bet is soon after last year's raise the chairman knew he got involved with the wrong co but didn't resign and wanted to at least recoup some of his investment. triplelift letf months after a lauded rns so say they're a leader and will accelerate programmatic and hey presto they looked under the bonnet and walked. auditor walked. no bod buys, tiny number of shares between them and ceo only bought when he had to in raises. yet numpties here ramped and got others to buy just before audit needed signing off. lotm either thick as mince or employed by someone who wanted to sell down.

also what the clown lotm doing with shareholder list without making use of it. he could have got everyone to prove their holdings, set up a group and used the large number of shares to force change and get rid of the useless ceo. instead he did what phevs did and research useless guff on linkedin, learnt nothing from last year and before

LOTM and phevs tried to bully any dissenting voices off the BB. In Jan when the awful trading update was published I said they'd need £5m to £6m raise for audit and at the time suggested 0.1p so 5bn or 6bn more shares (they'd likely consolidate 10 or 100-1). I was called all sorts. Now they'd likely need £6m as the auditor will want a year's cash given they'll have no signed orders and with £80k in 3 months any pie in the sky revenue guidance won't be even looked at. I can't see a raise happening as IIs will steer well clear but my 5bn shares at 0.1p would be a dream right now! More like 12bn shares at 0.05p. Obvs this aint happening and it's inevitably gone under.

Latino, the reason they haven't raised cash is that no IIs will touch them. They've obviously sounded out existing holders.

IIs out and no IIs to support what would be a raise maybe never seen before. With no consolidation they'd need say 16bn shares at 0.05p as come audit sign off they'd need £8m in cash.

MIRI was upfront on it's cash burn, crazy CEO salary, the fact it needed to ramp up revenues early this year and the fact no material RNSs spoke volumes. Even more obvious this year than last that the begging bowl would come out.

What should be illegal is morons incessant ramping, putting ludicrous 'research' notes together whilst ignoring the huge number of red flags. People were paying more attention to the awful LOTM research note than the Allenby note publihsed in Sept last year which still painted a bleak picture although less revenue than the CEO's salary hilarious and illustrates what a lifestyle business is.

It's attractive to partner 6000 with first refusal on 6103 and 6000 will likely generate revenue relatively quickly and once more indications are added that'll pay for 6103 trials and some until that's agreed

Correction, they went through £2.1m in 3 months (to end of March). Today they will likely have £2m in cash left. Worse than I predicted.

Latino they need to convince the auditor they will be sufficient cash/prospects for 12 months. The revemue is pathetic and still need £8m for head above water. A disaster but reading RNSs tells you this not LinkedIn crap.

Let's say they have £2.1m today, BOD on 6 months and staff need a month or 3 payment, they'll owe 3rd parties cash (creditors) so they had to RNS today as they need to get the administrators involved ASAP. They can't take on any more work, hopefully can get some more jollies in before it goes under. Good old DJ chihuahua, cringe

Advanced discussions for 4 month's & there NOMAD didn't make them inform the market accordingly - if they informed the market they're looking for a buyer as struggling for investment and to monetise the share price would have collapsed

Looks like the board just hit the panic button as soon as that happened. Huh, as of today they probably have say £2.1m cash, will have staff on 1 month to 3 months notice period and some on 6 months notice so no this is a late hit of the panic button.

They and Allenby Capital have a great deal to answer for - Allenby work with the info the co gives them re pipeline, sales and cash burn. A look back tells you this was a jam tomo co.
