Surly this whole restructuring should be stopped in its tracks, which gives the BOD time to readjust. How about a cash-call, with reservations in favour of the shareholders for a change.

The way I have figured it out is, IF PAB, Is going to delist, the longer it takes the better. to allow for good news to arrive and the price to rise.

Okay PAB seems to makes mistakes. but he is keeping ULT afloat with his money. If he gets it over the hump, the company is vertualy his to take as big as he likes, why delist?. It does not make sense. the SP drop is telling him that he is liable to loose customers

Considering the price we will get lf we sell I think we will all have to stay in. If PAB delists would he have to buy us out? and how much would the company be worth per share
