I agree, the shareholders ARE the company. If ALL shareholders us there vote with this in mind we can win.

Surely under the circumstances the Stock Exchange must have some sort of power to suspend the BOD. If the information that the police have is correct PB will be just another finaciel gangster that has tripped over his own lies.
