Some of the crap that has been called 'game changing' on the briefings has flattered to deceive or plain been a complete waste of money and effort.

NCYT has constantly been on top of this and had no recognition.

I have gone through the board and written down names and holdings and have come to the figure of 1,624,382,912 shares for 27 different posters. My list is only pen and paper at the moment (somebody else might've already done this on a spreadsheet?!), but I could put it on here later and other posters can cop and paste the list and add to it, if they wish?

I know two posters are against action and I could take their holdings off?

I'm 50/50 on action here.

Part of me wants to get the pitchfork out if we are being played and the other half has a little sympathy for the BoD if the delays are out of their hands.

Due to no official news from the BoD for a very long time and Neil getting to the bottom of the fact that they have probably let their compliance slip, they know they have some upset, angry shareholders here - so, let's see what communication we get before moving things on...
