Chard, we still have a company here that the market STILL doesn't know how to value properly.

NCYT needs to give them something to chew on!!

I think they know they will have jump through some hoops to whatever they propose passed.

It will be very interesting to see what they want passed and the reasoning behind it.

They will know that most LTHs will be pretty p!ssed with the way this share price has been hammered this year over what looks to be a £20M dispute and will hopefully show the way forward going in to next year and attacking next year from the position of real share price strength that we should've had this year. Maybe the limp forward looking projection for this year was tied in to the dispute but they couldn't say at the time because it wasn't actually in dispute (just hovering around in the background) - if you know what I mean?!

The company is stronger than ever but isn't reflected in share price as of this time last year!

Just the sort of post Joker99 would make.

No doubt will tell us all how bad this stock is, then tell us how clever he was to make £200 trading it.

For those that say they just want to see an end to the dispute and a resolution (good or bad) and care not about the details, I say that I would like to know why NCYT has been trashed to this extent. The company has been hamstrung by this dispute. We could and should've been attacking this year from a real position of strength.

If this dispute turns out to be all down to DHSC overordering stock and then spitting the dummy and refusing to pay, I would like that that put out there. It would also vindicate the company and would show that Graham Mullis made the right calls and wasn't to blame. Some of the attacks on him on this site and Twitter have been fücking low blows. I'd say the only thing he's done wrong is take the DHSC for their word and signature on a contract.

Let's hope for that good news soon!

You are assuming the dispute is the fault of NCYT and not DHSC. I will back the company and see how it gets resolved. I'm still confident it will go our way.

We are not the only company DHSC has tried to stiff.
