When I saw the alleged pre opening prices 23p I was hammering the buy button for 10 mins solid on the bell after 50 K without success. The only quote I could get was for 10 shares at yesterday's closing price.
They soon abandoned that plan and put the ask up to 24.7p pretty sharpish.
They were only interested in trying to buy shares on the cheap, using a nothing RNS as an excuse to drop the SP.

I've been tracking Vanadium prices over 5 years now.
It appears to me that someone is trying to disguise the fact that they are rising (albeit slowly) on a daily.basis.
