Evening folks :) we are holding up remarkably well in the face of constant drivel being posted to influence sentiment. Rarely have I seen such concerted effort from such a huge number of posters on twitter and here to bash a share down. (I suspect its the same 3-4 people with different handles, anyways who cares). Good to see those invested still reading up on the share, different companies under RMS umbrella. The selling via BRH/PR recently is noise imo, lets not let it distract us from the known facts and what is happening ahead. Of course it casts doubts over the entire viability of the business/revenue stream, because why would directors who are closest to the wind, choose to sell out? I think TB and PR chose to cash out given they held for the last 3-4 years and have invested over £500,000 of their own cash into the company since 2018. This doesn’t justify the ruthless pace of selling which has been very disappointing and appears §morally repugnant.. Another possibility would be they planned to sell down their holdings all along and appoint suitable board before exit. The market sentiment towards RMS/?appetite from a big buyer likely hastened that plan.

Some great posts from “Tex2374”, a good link on the German filter manufacturers working group which includes our own Volz group (was it Montyboy?). It has become more difficult to sift through the husk to find the few good posts of value. Could we perhaps repost the handles of the posters people find most useful? It would be a good starting point, instead of trawling through hundreds of rubbish messages. Good luck all genuine holders and thank you to the many excellent posters who try not to let their voices get drained in the noise.

I tend to examine any claims about genuine competition. Always keep an open mind. In this case, bs. Think about all the reusable masks that cost £20/30/40 each, and the number that get washed regularly? To wash them regularly and rotate, one needs to own atleast 2.

Jarv: not trying to be pedantic. But if it was Volz supplying our masks in NOv, they didn’t share that in the RNS. It’s material. And they stated a week later that the Volz agreement was signed the weekend.

Jodrell: The Nov 11th RNS had conflicting messages. It stated that the directors expected the clean room/machine facility to be installed by the end of the month. But later on in the RNS, it stated the masks would be available later this month. Can we explain how the masks would be available before the machine arrives and gets installed?

So my two pence: the prototype machine has already arrived and is being installed as we speak. If they intend to commence sales by Dec, it’s not unreasonable to have some masks produced in Nov, to give out as samples/give out free to distributors etc. Obviously commercial sales cannot happen until certification is complete. Being a critical part of managing Covid 19, I have no doubt it would be fast tracked.

Wearing a red hat, if there were delays beyond end of month, they are obliged to inform market. Which after big share holders sold out, would have been released. All imho only.

Just listened to that sharetalk GC interview again. Surprised I missed the story (and so far haven’t heard anyone else mention this, could be wrong).

Basically Volz CUSTOM BUILT the machine that P2F bought, as a “proof of concept” prototype. It’s different because it incorporates the ink/printing of fabric, and makes the masks at a staggering 5m/month rate which is impressive (a lot of the machines sold are lesser capacity). So the intention is to bring manufacturing back to the UK as far as PPE is concerned.

As I stated in my previous post, shortage of melt blown material is the pinch point in mask making. And there is only one UK maker Don and Low (Scotland based, they received funding to expand). So getting this supply guarantee on the fabric, from a German maker is a coup. It secures our future in terms of raw material (ie printing the nano copper onto fabric and selling it on to mask manufacturers).

I like the fact, the intention is to produce the masks here in the UK eventually. (The licensing is of course a step to increase market penetration into EU and elsewhere). I also like the German collaboration given their focus on standards and diligence must be exemplary. As an example Volz fabric for filters is Oeko-tex certified. And our mask too mentions Oeko-`tex certification.

So a colloboration is looking very clear in my mind. As I stated in a different post, if a buyer is keen to get in and has the blessings of the company (be it Volz or RMS or both), then it is not too far fetched to imagine some of the terms of the partnership is kept confidential until all pieces are in place. Why did this post disappear?

So the RNS on last Monday was supplemented by Gareth’s share talk interview. Essentially we have one of Europe’s biggest specialist filter makers interested in our product. A staggering 6500 filter types. “The Company offers filters for air-conditioning and ventilation, painting, drying technology, and gas turbines.” I understand the company is making face masks now to support German and European demand for PPE but its core business remains filters. This is crucial information for us share holders. So P2F caught the attention of Volz not because of the masks but because of its applications in filters.

The RNS stated that Volz would supply us with P2F branded masks, both of surgical type and C type (foldable). In addition they themselves will make masks using our patented fabric. I thought it was very interesting Gareth described the manner in which nano copper is incorporated into printer ink and this allowing hundreds of metres of fabric to be printed within minutes. Huge scaleability.

The bottle neck in face mask production is the “melt blown” fabric, this is in short supply and some of the Chinese variety has inconsistent quality. So P2F is being supplied by Volz with this raw material, they print the nano copper onto the fabric and supply it to other manufacturers (inc Volz).

Personally I don’t see P2F getting too involved in setting up machines to make our own masks. I think one or two machines will come our way as a “proof of concept” and to initiate interest, but it adds to costs and is a headache to manage. A low cost base and licensing our products to other manufacturers will make for tidy recurring revenue. Our filters are potentially antibacterial/anti viral and will remain as viable products regardless of COVID or vaccines.

So potential revenue from
1. Our own surgical masks made at our facility which we are told has 5m capacity per month
2. Our branded masks made and supplied by Volz: surgical and C fold
3. Volz brand masks with our tech
4. Filters incorporating our tech/fabric

There is other news in the pipeline including biodegradable masks which I imagine will be coming next year. And other licensing deals with UK manufacturers. Then there is the hydroponics trials, citrus greening trials, sales pipeline for crop fertilisers/fortification, medical imaging tech etc with P2F.

Of course this is only one arm of RMS with GyroMetric and Cloudveil also part of the plc. I have written Cloudveil off as a gimmick given they have been around since September 2019 and have yet to deliver. I think GyroMetric has greater prospects that what investors see at the moment, but they do need to start working with a sense of purpose and urgency. For now masks are the focus but I imagine early 2021, other news will start emerging.

Luckybob: great post. In addition: copper in nano particle size is more effective on viruses of Covid size. The “spherical” size of our nano particles creates more surface area for contact with viral cell membrane. The challenge of scaling nano particle production, scaling mask production, yet keeping costs down to create an affordable mask, has been surmounted by P2F.

Bones: I’m shocked by the number of pointless posts and arguing going on. Its a nightmare to negotiate the chat. Genuine debate/valid posts/questions are getting buried, so I don’t see any point in posting much. Let the dust settle and lets see what comes of the silence this week. I sense some movement behind the scenes, be it major share holders or board composition. All in all, as long as P2F is continuing to create some value, its a far cry from the 0.3p days and that is good enough for me. As an investor longer term, creating a sustainable value would be more important to me, than another spike. Good weekend all.

1509: I just had a possible light bulb moment. If Volz is buying in, why would they want the share price up? So they prevent P2F from sharing the commercial agreement until after they finish up. It explains the sketchy RNS and GC reluctant to share too much detail when asked about Volz. Makes sense doesn’t it?

1509: Agree. It took steel **** to hold on that drop from 5p to 0.9p. But having done it and seeing the news subsequently I now feel more confident holding through any storms/games. If there is a big accumulation going on, then it is entirely reasonable to expect more games. This is how shares get transferred from weaker hands to deep pockets; no one plays a fair game imho. Not unthinkable that they see value in the company and want to have a slice. Looking at the P2F RNS from Monday its very encouraging and sounds like a long term partnership with many facets yet to be announced. Note Jonathan Thornton one of the main directors is a Brit.

Marcinus: I have posted this before. Please share a medically certified face mask that has nano particles of copper coating, that is available for sale in the UK or elsewhere. Do not share links of re-usable face COVERINGS. These will never be used in a health care setting for hygiene reasons and are therefore irrelevant to us as competition. The closest health care gets to reusing is the govt initiative currently being trialled for respirator masks (of gassing them with some compound to kill the virus/bacteria and attempt re-use).

Where is the Chilean face mask? How much does it cost if its printed in 3D and is it scalable in millions at reasonable cost? This is the link to the open source project, and I cant find it anywhere to buy. TYPICALLY 3D TAKES TWO HOURS TO PRINT ONE MASK!!!

Daniel Martinez, Innovation Director of Copper3D explains: “The current virus has caused a breakdown in distribution chains around the world. Promethean mention a copper nano particle face mask (medical face mask displayed on website). Please share the progress since that article was posted on their website in April 2020, and where the product is, on its commercialisation route.

All in all, the product in front of us is a very attractive scalable technology at a reasonable cost. Besides which this is NOT a pure Covid play. So even if Covid goes away tomorrow morning, serious investors need to look at the P2F portfolio, the GyroMetric portfolio of applications before pressing that sell button. Please DYOR.

My first and last post to Checkricky. There is a clear difference between a face mask and face covering. The reason face coverings have been encouraged so far, at least in the UK for general public, is to avoid a run on medical face masks. There is a shortage of face masks (I m talking about medically certified face masks) and govt don’t want supplies squeezed away from health/social care or for price to rise irrationally. Average disposable face mask costs about 20-25p. It is supposed to last for about 2 hours of use. So a P2F mask that lasts 7 hours can easily fetch £1 pre vat.

I note you are in Lloyds, please go back to flogging your dead horse. All banks are dead. Fiat money is dead, they are printing it like confetti. Money will go fully digital and the dollar as reserve will get replaced by a basket of digital versions of currencies. Just my humble opinion the way its playing out.

Lastly, RMS is not a pure Covid play, nor is P2F a pure Covid play. Even if a vaccine arrives tomorrow morning, most of the worlds population will not trust it overnight nor will it reach entire populations for a year plus AFTER its commercialised.

Likewise 1509. I think “the” mask has captured imaginations for now, and is the revenue earner in immediate future. However serious investors should read up on the broad ambition and scope of P2F; they should also read up thoroughly on GyroMetric, whose tech is completely digital-disruptive and has huge potential in pretty much every industry. Ironically Covid has delayed plans of trials etc there. One door closes and another opens. A tie up with a big turbine manufacturer would nicely complement/balance the market enthusiasm for masks. I prefer Siemens given they own the biggest data collection in the world of turbines, but I won’t complain if it’s GE or MHI Vestas lol. This is NOT a pure Covid play anyways and that’s a point that’s getting lost time and again.

Cash flow to Pere from Minto, is not the only way to add value here. If Minto defines say another 150kt of copper, that addition to reserve and the extended mine life immediately reflects in underlying value of the whole project. And by extension, 11% of that value is attributable to Pere. They have been drilling through out the year and must be busy with the resource definition studies. This is merely my opinion and obviously one the market doesn’t share YET.

1509: I think BRH holds 19.95% of GyroMetric directly. Obviously a slice also via its holding in RMS.
