SK has gone to US this week to meet investors, customers and partners, saw his LinkedIn feed this am. Have to assume that the results will be this week. Hopefully good.......!

Sorry for any offence, I'm a glass half empty person. On reflection you are probably right, if it's bad news then it would be all out of the way by now, therefore possibly good news but reckon if it was big and won before close of H1, they would have announced it, so it must be closed now or so very close.

I don't get why they are delaying the results because they must know what the numbers are for a such a small t/over company. Maybe I'm been all doom and gloom. 13M left at the end of Q1, need that to be 11.5/12M and not like 10M, otherwise they will have to go back to the investors for more working capital.

Anyone thought they could have a buyer for the business? In bed with Msft, IBM and Databricks

We are 15 months or so into the CEO reign and it will be extremely interesting to see how Q2 really went but more importantly what is the outlook for H2. They cannot lie to the stock market. H2 will show us IF the plan for 9 figures in revenue is actually achievable. If it's dire, price will drop. If it's really really dire and revenue won't even hit last years, chairman will be on the phone. Can see a takeover or why not wait until the run out of money and get them for not a lot of dollars.

Circa 40 people gone I have it on good authority, but funnily enough no board members, they all stayed. They did 7.2M revenue last year, understand it is not half that for 6 months of 2024 (

Numbers must be on the floor, LinkedIn has a load of greens in the last few days from Cirata employees. What have they left 10/12M?

I'm not convinced at the moment, having worked for Kelly a few years ago, everything gets mentioned, it's all about the share price. Think they would even do a "we have 5 new customers with a TCV of $500K" and we have had nada. I'm thinking about getting out of 50% of share this week prior to next week's results, hope I'm wrong.

Answer is about 6/7 months judging by annual report, unless numbers are outstanding. Must be going back to the market for more $$$$
