So great there is an increase in bookings. Not great there are no NET new customers in FY25. You can only "milk" your customers for so long before it runs dry. My fingers are crossed that the sales team start producing net new customers. Will it move the move the share price?......fingers crossed

RNS from Dec 24. Cirata secures c.$2m Live Data Migrator contract ("LDM contract") with IBM to support top 3 US bank, representing the largest IBM OEM Big Replicate Implementation to-date

RNS from Nov 25. Cirata plc (LSE: CRTA) is pleased to announce a $6.7m, 3-year Data Integration software contract with IBM for a financial services customer, under IBM's existing OEM sales agreement for the Big Replicate platform.

So what the truth is BofA have increased it in value by likely $0, look for the c in Dec 24.

What they have done is get guaranteed 3 year flat revenue.

In the Q3 FY24 announcement there was a pipeline of 110 defined opportunities, where are these in the process. Lead times cannot be >12 months for all a of them (accepting probably only 5% turn into business). $300K though is shockingly bad.

Just looked at the investor statement for H1, and apologies if this has been brought up before but in 18 months from January 2024-July 2025, they have signed 3 net new logo's, that is not growth, that is at best, poor, at worst sh**e.

The results are bad, Q3 and 4 need to show a massive massive improvement. SK imho has until January 2026.

Good news yes. Great news, no. Reasons for cheerfulness, yes. Keeping customers is good, no doubt about it, getting net new customers, however big or small is better. Land and expand comment for Pearls is on the money, be good to see this is a bullet point in Q2 update something like "we have had 5 net new customers in FY25 as proof of our land and expand strategy". Businesses can grow with existing customers but only by a few %, which for Cirata is not enough. There was this comment from Pearls "Q1 evidenced this with a sharp rise in turnover compared to Q1 2024. Q2 2025 should be similar", can someone point me in the direction on where this is in some Cirata RNS please.

Fair point you didn't explicitly. I did think you were saying 3M and 4M in Q1 and 2, meant revenue for the year already done.

Do you think $4M in bookings for Q2 will be a good result? I do for sure.

This is unfortunately not accurate the company took BOOKINGS of $3M in Q1, it DID NOT do revenue of that.

Cirata reports bookings not revenue.

Otherwise, I too hope and expect to see RNS's coming out and looking forward to some good NEW customer wins in Q2. Your cash flow statement seems to be on point.

I would have thought any company looking to buy them previously will have concluded that the "order book" is not going to worth much, and seeing other comments on here previously about IBM buying them can only dream if they think the behemoth IBM will pay anything more than a few £'s for them. If the technology was that good, they would have snapped them up in April/May 2023.

Pretty certain, you can imply things without actually saying them in investor meetings.

It's been a few months since I posted, watched with a degree of happiness of the stock climbing (let's face it, it could not get much worse) and have been pleasantly surprised as to the rise. Think the slight correction downwards is a few profit takers. It will take a lot more upwards movement for me to break even though. SK must have told investors on the "QT" about wins, wouldn't mind a few RNS about NEW (not renewals) customers.

Always a pleasure seeing so many green coffins after every post from an investor..demonstrates there is alot of interest in this share..regardless of what they may claim.

The CFO is interim because the other one bailed when SK "sacked" all the Newcastle based staff, employed new ones in Belfast and went to NI Govt to ask for more money as he has employed more in that "country" and promptly got told, he wasn't getting any.

FYI, Dan Hayes is not an employee of Cirata, he is a contractor invoicing the company each month for his services.

Just to point out the Q1 figures are booking @pearls, not revenue.

The Tesco deal is a renewal, let's hope that it was say $300K per annum and has increased to circa $670K in which case a great uplift.

They need net new customers and a good churn of those.

There is not a NET new customer signed with Cirata since SK took over. FACT! (over ($100K TCV)

There ARE many new contracts signed (or should I say renewals)

The 2M Tesco deal is spread over 3 years so circa 660K per annum.

If and that is a big IF they can get the $50K deals moving then without a doubt they have traction, they cannot be 1 or 2 a quarter though as that adds up to 8 in the year and $400K TCV.
