This was my message last week, which I got slated for BUT which turns out to be 100% true:
There are no sales people in UK, only the CRO, Alliance lead and their deputy. 2 CRO’s in the US, 1 sales person and 1 renewals person who will have done the renewal. A large US bank is due to do a sizeable >$2Mvery shortly other than that, not aware of any 7 figure deals. If there were salespeople unless transactional which this technology definitely isn’t, 15 deals and they couldn’t cope. The US bank is a renewal extension, not new business. They could do a deal at a certain bank in the UK which used to give piggy (literally) banks away
The renewal which it is, is for an existing customer. This is not a new contract win, it should have closed in Q3/4 FY23.
SK has now admitted defeat in the guidance, which was even the most ardent fan such as pearls and Spratt knew was rubbish. I'm guessing the T/O might not even hit the £7.8M they did last year, this year was the reset year, now it is next year. Can they turn it around? Yes. Will IBM buy them? Why would they, they have had ample opportunity to do it and not bothered
