We've been thinking about this the wrong way round !

We know from the article you found that fritos are in the season premier of Yellowstone!

So if someone in the UK has access to Paramount & the season 5 premier (provided its already available in the UK), then all they need to do is view it carefully. If Fritos was done via Product Placement (PP) then it will be in plain sight.

If on the other hand it was done via VPP then it should be missing from the program, because it wouldn't be done for the UK (unless of course they paid for that to).

OK the above isn't fool proof but it would give us a good guide to the likely outcome!

The same would apply to the Coors special packaging! we know they normal have Coors PP in the show anyway, but if they didn't have the special packaging designed before they finished shoot the episode & just used a normal one at that point & then VPP's it afterwards.

If anyone spots anything then please note the time in the episode it occurred to help others identify it

Even although we can't get to read the stories, more & more articles refer to "Virtual Product Placement" in them, soon they'll be shortening it like Mirriad to VPP & everyone will know what they are referring to.

We're getting there slowly but surely & then it will be the norm.

Did Mirriad name any Brands/Multinationals in RNS's in relation to its 2023 revenue ? NO

Did it receive over the £180,000 figure you keep churning out constantly from a Brand/Multinational in 2023 ? Yes it did.

2 in fact, but you wouldn't know that because you weren't in attendance at the AGM.

So if they didn't have to make these "material" (as you call them) announcements in regard to 2023 revenue, why do you think they have to make them in 2024 ?

As well as the Content Provider name, tie in the content provider to Yellowstone & suddenly the dots join-up.

Most likely was NTC selling another 1% stake, so that's the good news.

The bad news, well they were happy to take 0.1432p for them.

On a good day being a net @ 11.5M ( buys over sells) positive would move the share price upwards, today it didn't budge.

Your making your prediction of how long it will take NTC to sell all of its current holding based on the same sort of daily volume & net daily positivity (excluding NTC) as today, which is highly unlikely to happen.

And even when it does eventually happen NTC will convert the rest of the "Structured Deed" & be issued with at least another 170M more shares that then need to be churned through as well !

Sadly its hard to see NTC being fully out of ENET before the end of 2024. never the less progress in the process has occurred.

So others are getting the bargains.

The fact you can see it & the connection is more than enough for me to go with it, I don't need to see it word for word etc.

Someone bought 1 Million I see, someone quietly buying in the background I wonder ?

& are they an existing Mirriad shareholder or new blood ? (& if so where did they hear off or learn about Mirriad).

I wonder how much more sub 0.3p stock there is around to be bought ..... I don't imagine it being that much now.

Now I'm not an ENET shareholder, but if I were, I would definitely vote against this resolution & would be encouraging everyone else to do so for the following reason's.

You've just carried out a significant placing at 0.3p per share & shareholders / new investors supported that fund raise & now you think its ok for you to get options with an exercise price of 0.247p !

The company's in this situation thanks to your stupidity & you effectively want rewarded for doing so.

How have you got the time to even be discussing this matter amongst yourselves, your sole focus should be on getting new business & bigger orders from existing clients to save this loss making business & make it profitable & nothing else every single minute of the working day & beyond.

If you had a shred of integrity & decency amongst yourselves then you wouldn't be thinking about rewarding yourselves in anyway at this time. The time to ask to be rewarded is when you've shown the business truly is on the road to success.

You also think Shareholders should give up there pre-emptive rights over the issuance of more shares & trust your judgement when it comes to fund raising, having entered that "Structured Deed" without fully understanding the terms & implications of it !

You should be on TV as a comedy trio

Oh & the calling of this EGM has just added to the overall cost of your total stupidity in signing that "Structured Deed" more money needlessly spent (yes I know it now needs to be done to get approval to issue more shares but that wouldn't have been the case if there was no "Structured Deed" in place with this horrendous terms attached to it in the 1st place.

So that will reduce the working cash that's still left in the business! meaning less time before you currently run out of cash & need to somehow try & raise some, from whom I don't know because you certainly don't respect or value your current shareholders that's for sure. Nevermind getting them a return on there investment, no your all to busy lining your own pockets in the 1st place.

Funny you mentioning Verizon !

I emailed them at one point asking why they weren't using Verizon to join up some of the dots!

If you remember the webinar there was a slide with all the supply side & demand side groupings with a red line joining a couple of the dots together & a blue line between 2 dots. Well Stephan had said at the time to ignore the names printed. I just pointed out that Verizon covered 3 of the boxes that we seemed to be missing & therefore surely they could offer the quick fix needed to get end to end programmatic up & running for us!

Never heard back, but I asked the question.

Then everything went pear shaped - $274M at the end of 2007 has increased to just $327.9M at the end of September 2024. That's an increase of just under $54M in 17 years, that's an increase of roughly 20% or a little over 1% a year.

Yes I saw LW's one I think that's how I found EO's one which is right below it! or was it through MM's one I can't quite remember.

Interesting that LW used the same wording as the MM post.

If we can get France bringing in some revenue as well, it all adds up & maybe EMEA will out perform the expected £0.4M for 2024.

The more its used & seen to benefit all the better, because that will just draw in more & more Brands/Multinationals & Content Providers. I mean France is a natural fit for us in some ways, with it having a number of big Multinationals/Brands that will want to advertise in there own country. Its also another language for VPP to shine with.
