Just looked into the Fleming initiative ,after it appeared on a social media page, The head of that and initiative and partners … going to start loading up here (and a competitor) that both have reduced SP recently , definitely worth a go now, usual caveat applies

You have tried to indicate I’m some kind of tin foil hat wearing conspiracy person, again I ask you or city or anyone point out any fabrication in my statements ….its not if Mos ,ignite,Krunch have a convoluted relationship they do with the entire BOD of MOS getting paid from all 3(latest 2 board members recruited in last 2 months not included yet ,let’s see if they get jobs with ignite in near future) and this doesn’t include TS relationship in all this …..

Like you say city ,I’m not a business person so I probably don’t understand the structure ,so what have I got wrong,from RNS information Mos purchased KRUNCHDATA for 1.4 million the only staff /owners were Mos BOD members this was to ensure and stop external payments and platform security ,now at this same time igniteamt ,only staff /owners ME/Mos BOD ,was charging KRUNCHDATA for platform services and rent but this second company was not included in the deal 🤔🤷🏼‍♂️now igniteamt was not mentioned (on mos RNS) till it was identified on this BB 8 months ago . So ME /BOD was charging one private company directly to a secondary private company (all information from Mos RNS ) with nearly all money originating from Mobile Stream dilution… So yes it it confusing ,So according to your post I’v fabricated something about this structure..what have I got wrong

Was Krunch not purchased for 1.4 M for the reason in RNS

Is igniteamt not a private company that charged Mos 127k for site maintenance and rent and the owners are only MOS BOD members

The reason for the above payment was because KRUNCHDATA, (ME private company) used to pay igniteamt (ME private company) for rent and services directly and since Mos/ME bought Krunch those payments continue.

Company house show only people involved with igniteamt as being MOS BOD members (same for KRUNCHDATA)

ME owner/employed by two private companies (at one time) and Mos all charging each other directly and indirectly .so ignite/krunch/mos charging each other for rent and services

So I now go back to my original question what stopping capital media and igniteamt from dealing with each other directly,after all ignite and Krunch did ? And ME and other Mos BOD members are taking a wage directly from ignite and Mos ? So what is stopping ME being paid directly from Capital Media as well ? I’ve not even started to try and include TS in all this …so definitely very confusing.

So what in the above statement is fabricated as that is what I’ve based my earlier post on ?

Based on Ignite and previously Krunch and how they charge Mos for services (and solely owned by Mos BOD members) how can it be checked if ME is taking a wage directly from Estadio as well ,or if ignite is charging Estadio directly for services? A Q&A would be nice

Well thank goodness for that ,thanks City ,i didn’t realise the hive group Q&A was scheduled for the 1980’ s and ME was going to be stood in the front at the Hive meeting hall🤣🤔🤣 did a dog eat his homework… another Mos day ,it’s now so common a 62+ m dilution is hardly being mentioned 🤷🏼‍♂️ and that’s just to pay bills ,will ignite take mos shares for rent ( if only they didn’t pay themselves 127k less that 3 months ago via ignite,having raised the money by diluting the shareholders he can’t be bothered to talk to,we would still have cash in the bank😡) so I wasn’t going to post anything here then some idiot started claiming all the obvious sales yesterday after the RNS was actually purchase deals ,I guess all the red today is purchasing as well 🤔🤷🏼‍♂️🤣getting those bargin tickets …So why would ME cancel a Hive Q&A on the day of even more dilutions and an indication they are running on fumes 🤷🏼‍♂️oh yes he traveled back in time or he is trying to save money by staying in airB&B with no internet 😳 is that the second or third time it’s been cancelled sorry rescheduled…..127k for me and my crew and dilution for you ….. Techno ,yes any additional information is welcome, I didn’t do a summary of my interpretations (I think I’ve done enough of that) as these are obviously bias based on an individuals interpretation , I’m sure other more company positive poster could identify targets hit and milestones reached as I could negative ( regarding previous ventures) . As for Capital media/Estadio an update and plans going forward with the opportunity to ask questions should be good to encourage new investment and maybe reassure others , so far based on the RNS releases for this project all timings /milestones seem to be on schedule. I think today /this afternoon might be interesting to watch to see if others agree with Scotty regarding an RNS

And I am glad he is doing a Q&A hopefully he might give some much needed clarity,

Techno before you judge any long term investor ,and the opinion they have of a ME/NB podcast/Q&A or investor presentation i suggest you watch all the old ones ,listen to what ME claims what NB claims and assures the shareholders of ,and basically promised….then read the RNS releases just after …as everyone says DYOR , I’m not going to repeat or provide summary of these events ..I’ll tell you what you watch then provide your summary…

Blood count test is done by other companies not numan

Does anyone know why they don’t offer this test by direct patient request, FAQ say patient confidentiality but that’s rubbish isn’t it , I do Numan blood test every 6 months , a home total blood count test is around £100 checking for cancer and blood markers ,results straight to my phone ,does the test require a large sample or something, so at the moment you have to pay the cost for private GP , then pay for nurse to take blood test then pay GP again for results/review ? Multiple Home Screening blood tests available at personal request , I’ve probably missed this conversation previously (fairly new but at a loss obviously) more annoyed at lost potential of life saving at the moment than my financial loss (that will probably change if SP continues to drop)

Well that RNS takes care of the regulator approval then (makes one of my comments earlier today out of date ) … nice RNS , I won’t post other concerns I’ve previously mentioned ,as I’ve highlighted them already , the slight reduction in Mos holding not an issue for me .see what happens tomorrow

I have never blamed anyone else for my investments City ,I’ve explained many times before my history here , and you know exactly what I’m talking about with Roy , we have discussed on here before, get away with your fake angry response, and many others remember as well , as for my failed investment …I blame ME for massive dilution and SP decline,who else is to blame ,so charging Mos about 1 3/4 M pounds through private companies owned solely by himself and other MOS BOD members , for rent services,and Krunch purchase at the time ,losing 85 K and the value it was purchased for 1.4 M ,giving 500k to two agents for absolutely no return, for a loss of 400 k to Qutana all this money from dilution, claiming 4 times fully funded while arranging dilution, I’m not going to repeat it all again… but nice distraction tactic from the fact they don’t yet have regulatory approval for BET 🫣🤔

And they haven’t confirmed they have regulatory approval for BET yet never mind launch , according to the RNS the application and funding for that was after Estadio relaunch so are we still hoping for early Q2
