Question that interests me is what do those buying placing stock at 3p know that made them part with their cash? Will spotify, who are still expanding and eager to make a profit, just sit back and watch boom make money by being on their platform?

Not quite. You assume that all content delivers the same returns. It doesn't. However they are doing well in adding podcast that are adding lots of value. I see the spotify agreement as tremendously positive one. It will attract other podcasts too.

34% drop is not actually that as the average price for the month or so prior was more like 3p. So drop is more like 15%. The placing price was pretty good! Someone is confident. The recent podcasts look pretty good and spotify deal should help exploit their popularity. The fees to triton was a kick in the balls. The last 4 months is a harsh lesson to boom who will now be hopefully working their ass off to make amends.

This is exactly why BOOM have to spend to make sure they are not an 'also ran' but remain a big player. People commenting on burn rate alone are not considering that spending money today to generate market share and give substantial ROI.

It will inevitably drop on open (when gunner relentlessly off loads his huge holding). It has been is suspension for too long and the impatient will bolt. The weak will panic sell. Happy to buy if drops much below 3p. Plenty of stacked news in the pipe line I would imagine.

And how many listens did we have? much much greater than 5.4m !!! Less than 1 month ago Gunner posted "what market cap will this have if it reopens, surely less than 5 mill now. very sad" I wonder who has the most accurate predictions ?

Seems to be low in a few circles (very buoyant in others). I expect some will panic sell on relist. However given recent podcast news I expect plenty of buyers on the dip. Time will tell

Seems to be a lot of news on twitter from the usual 'sign up for placing shares and pump' suspect's which is always a red flag. What is the current cash position?
