I'd say their remit as an investment vehicle includes a diverse portfolio in their chosen area, maximisation of profit and a proactive attitude to keeping the mix fresh. So yes, if there's good profit to be had with little further, immediate upside perceived, why not flip the investment?

Andrew - I think there's cause to be cautiously optimistic about Q1 figures, but I wouldn't want to get overexcited about them. I think the flow of 'other news' may actually be more interesting over the next month or two.

Actually it bears repeating that Moz is contracted to pay a minimum of 2.25kg gold in March, so it could be more. And the first $130k penalty payment is due 29 March. Together, these two payments should add up to ~$100k minimum attributable to us from Moz in March.

There is no source. The figure of 600k for Sino may or may not be true, but it's pure speculation; it is not even the end of the quarter yet, and anyway CB of all people would never mention a figure in advance of an RNS, the Regulator would crucify him.

It's all supposition, there is nothing that says we receive quarterly figures. It's clear there have been both changes to original plans and delays because of teething problems and the rains, now ending. All perfectly normal, and it's understandable, in the circumstances, that CB has soft-pedalled the news while things were sorted out. last we heard a couple of weeks ago, things seem to be improving. I'm likely to buy again soon if prices remain soft.

Unfortunately that's the story of so many shares on AIM - great potential but a skittish shareholder base that keeps the SP in the doldrums. It really needs some great news and preferably some earnings to support before things really start to take hold. Coupled with a supportive management willing to buy back its own shares, I hope we're on the cusp of that with FFWD now.

in the cryptos at the moment - FCT currently up 7.5% having been down more than 15% over the weekend.

No news, yet the share price did its periodic spike again last week. I've reduced a lot here, painful but us PIs have no way of telling what's going on any more, and as you say, Clem, there's only 101 left in the bag. Of course it could turn around in a flash on good trial news, but XBIO's track record does not inspire confidence, nor does its IR.

C7 - yes, Xenetic Biosciences - XBIO on NASDAQ. Had a couple of failures to meet parameters so the stock's fallen heavily the past two years. Now a one-trick pony with an in-house cancer drug in P II. Stock rose a little last week, not sure why. I've pretty much written it off.
