I think you have to view it from many perspectives at once - he is already wealthy, he may want to offload some of the responsibility of running FFWD along with half his shares, he may need the money elsewhere, he may want to focus more elsewhere - fact is, we'll never know, but as he said in the RNS, he's continuing to hold a substantial number of shares and remains as committed as ever. In my opinion those considerations demand a neutral response - we have no reason beyond our own insecurities to suspect ulterior motives.

What we already know: Sale of gold in hand from January - $47k Moz 2.25kg gold and penalty - $97k = $144k What we don't know: 3 Months Sino production - $???k Even at Q4 production level, that would be $300k So what we know plus what we don't know = $444k, which I'd say was absolute minimum. I expect much better than that, but that's a baseline.
