Chils - Paul Snow led the market to believe that thirty-odd NDAs would be revealed in short order; that clearly has not happened, though we have had a trickle. I'm simply wondering whether some change of strategy took place, either from a business perspective, or because there was pressure from the NDAs themselves, or perhaps the US Govt?

Firstly, the obvious questions as they pertain to FFWD: what is Factom's situation vis-a-vis financing and Series B? It's been an awful long time coming. Second, and this is related, is Factom making enough to sustain and to step up incrementally? Recent Twitter IR/PR campaign noted. Next, how does Jay characterise the relationship between FCT and FFWD, and what about relations, long term? Then, questions about NDAs, why have they been so slow in being revealed, compared to Snow's announcement eighteen months ago?

Someone swept up 110k shortly before the close yesterday. It's a pity people can't hold their shares to fruition, but then again I suppose there are myriad reasons for forced sales - alimony, child support, new iPhone, fleeing the country, etc.

Sounds like just marketing to me. Still, it works, and there are always plenty of candidates for persuasion.
