You can never tell when the momentum switches or what the catalyst will be, so better not be out of it

Example:..I bought 3k worth of rank (rnk) shares at 55p, basically because the price was really low and its profit making so when things normalize it will go up. I did this less than a month ago and today its up 15% in the last 30 mins with a closing of 89p, no idea why but sure I will find out

The "Forum Trolls" or "short de-rampers" don't actually have anything to say of interest. They are purely trying to cause conflict because a board that is full of conflict discourages sensible debate....filter them and never engage them its pointless

If there was proper debate it would be apparent that this share has to many positives (contracts, flying hours etc)and now the debt level is drastically lower very few negatives

The recovery play is that they are pivoting from emerging markets, see below taken from the Pre Close FY22 dated 5 Oct 22

"The Group's operations are now more concentrated in advanced economies and its US presence has significantly increased compared to previous years. Approximately 30% of the Group's revenues are now generated in the US and therefore the recent strengthening of the dollar against sterling is expected to have a positive impact on the Group's results in FY23"

A good solid update, nothing in it not to like

* Group revenue in the Period is 14% up on the same period last year and operating profit is substantially higher
*Aerospace enjoyed improving momentum in the first half of the year, with sales up 11%, and encouragingly trading has
been stronger again
*Automotive and Powder Metallurgy (DemergerCo), Revenue in these two businesses combined is up 19% in the Period
versus the same period last year, with margins significantly stronger
*Cash generation is performing in line with expectations and is on track, in the second half, to achieve materially higher
operating cash generation than in the first half

Will add more and this is now a long-term hold for me

Big move by the MM`s this morning to try to get shares on the cheap and trigger stop losses.

Only one problem we have seen it all before and wont be fooled, this share is only going to rise, dips are for rebuys nots sells

I posted on here a couple of days ago that I bought a "few thousand more" on the dip at under 66p to add to my holdings. W That seems to have gone well, pity "the steves" are not around as I was very wrong according to them (but like most things they say its always best to do the opposite)

On a separate note still hearing that song by Frank Sinatra, "Fly me to the Moon", seems very appropriate at the moment

The share price you seeing is being affected by the FX effects of the pound to some extent by the look of it. The pound is now 3 cents higher against the dollar. BTW Rycey stock in the US is floating between 3.48 and 4.5 % higher

The algos got caught out, but will clear their trades and then the MM`s will send the price up probably around us market open

turned out nice today share price up and "the steves" down and out (at least for the moment, till they get new instructions from the boiler room)

I don't think it will consolidate down, I think the momentum is only going to go one way and that's up. This got to such an oversold position that if you try to trade it you will just end up buying back for more

On a slightly different note where is steveinhell (if you been to Hull you know what I mean). Would have expected him to join in from his bot boiler room.

I expect it all depends on your perspective, I`m very happy to be picking up shares at this price and have been.

I note your point about the float price of £4 and do feel for LTH`s but have a feeling this will be taken back in house and am prepared to sit on these till that happens and hopefully reap the rewards

Pound to dollar spiked up and is now coming down....hence the drop

MM`s make this plus Boo and ASOS very sensitive to sharp currency fluctuations

I was reading this chat yesterday and examined with interest the talk of trading this share or people folding and taking profit (or realizing loses). Its always good to examine your position but it didn't make any sense to me as the negatives to the share price have been reduced hugely and the positives are increasing by the day
Sizewell and SMRS
Power systems Increase
Flying hours up and China flights will reopen (very soon)
Net debt paid down by 2 Billion
2 Billion in cash
4 Billion of debt but with very long repayment times

I think that this is very much a long-term hold share and trading it will probably mean you just buy it back for more.
