Also if you look at the trade data there haven’t really been enough sells to push the price down this much. This means there’s a mega sell order lurking in the back kind. Once that’s out of the way there should be some stability. In these times people dash for cash so hardly surprising. If a takeover bid comes in the meantime they won’t be happy tho!

As it's a friday i suddenly thought about europa and its friday RNS tactic but no luck today. Maybe since LR is gone I can now consider buying back in. We had a little 'disagreement' over progress and the fundraise so I sold all my shares here but interested to know who the new CEO will be and if they can get rid of the rest of the motley crew as well

the takeover rumours are pretty exciting but I hope we can stay independent a little while longer as we're only just becoming profitable.

It would be brilliant to see a 1 billion valuation one day, we'd have our very own unicorn and for me that would be a nice point to exit.

The broker note also says: it is developing its attractiveness in a very active podcast M&A market, with acquisitions at 4-10x EV/Sales by mega-cap tech and audio tech peers since 2019.

Their forecast revenues of $83m for FY22 gives a valuation range of $332m - $830m or £15.5/share to a WHOPPING £38.75 per share. We can dream but definite upside here!

They have to go for a US listing now surely? But as with all you guys Im wondering why release the trading update ahead of schedule. Big news incoming?

The average daily volume is 99k shares, which is around £40k, so I'd say:
- One 75,000 share sale
- Five, 50k share sells
- Two c. 40k share sells
is quite unusual, despite the news. If anything, this should be the time to buy more as the business proposition has been de-risked.

Well the price opened at 55p and dropped to around 45p, with at least £200k sold off during the first 30 mins of trading. For SRT that's pretty big (I've followed the company for a number of years). Clearly a lot of people have been waiting for this event and have sold it but as TruroTrader says, this is just the first step and hopefully some institutions will be attracted soon.

Landmark news though and excellent for us investors :) roll on the next ones!!

seems to be a big sell on the news event so far with some huge sells coming through. Expect it will pick back up again over the next few weeks and the price will settle

Did anyone else see Chris Akers tip Gfinity on Twitter? How nailed on do we think the £9m revenue target for this financial year is? Could be a very very nice buy if they achieve that level of growth.
