Well, I don't really freeze my computer; I was just joking about taking it with me into the freezer because I often think that if one could somehow cut oneself off from the markets, whether by self-freezing or otherwise, one could do very well in HUR without all the ups and downs and heartache.

Of course, taking the computer with you defeats the purpose of the exercise.

I have the same kind of problem with freezing computer screens; sometimes I scream.

Sometimes, the typing facility stops working; predictive text disappears; auto-rotate stops working; you name it, it's happened to me.

I'm actually using a tablet and the browser closes suddenly about ten times a day.

I'm one of the nutters who invested in SOU and am now awaiting its 'Liquidity Event,' which is slightly different from most people's idea of a liquidity event - at least there isn't any doubt about whether the beer will materialise.

I think I take yours point about the danger of over-freezing; I could wake up in a new world where the oil price is zero and so are HUR shares.

Maybe I'll stay at normal temperature and carry on reading LSE posts.

I was inside that freezer the whole time - it was just a trial run for the real thing.
I had to get out to defreeze the laptop.

After reading the latest posts on SOU, with holders of 350,000 and 400,000 shares in hospital or with a spouse going into hospital, and posters dying during the long wait for monetisation, I'm already regretting getting out of the freezer.

Following on from my last post, if PVR announces that it is looking at other means of finance, and then the money arrives, then all is well.

If it doesn't arrive, then presumably it couldn't have been sent, the share price falls to 7p, and we have to look elsewhere for finance.

It is also possible that regulatory approval is then granted, the money miraculously appears, and the share price doubles.

You might even take a look at posts, with despairing posters declaring they can't take any more corrections, got out at the wrong time, then when they got back in, they got hammered by a Crystal Amber-led correction, others declaring that they are getting out because the price never takes off, and maybe a Carnegie-like remark, 'Anyway, I'm out.'

You take a look at the end of the chart and see a steep line, rising from left to right.

Then you check your bank balance.

Well, APEC's funder has apparently failed to provide the requested assurance that the money is being transferred - unless an RNS appears on Monday morning.

I think PVR were justified in allowing a maximum of a week for the money to arrive.

Will PVR seek alternative financing in case the money doesn't ever arrive?

It is possible that someone made an informal offer of 100p per share, when there were rather fewer shares in issue, but for any bid to succeed it would have to be multiples of that.
