Were living in uncertain times, but there again when have times ever been certain.?

No doubt this type of news does affect the markets to some extent.

Maybe thats why the share price drop with GGP.

I know its off topic , but Its just been reported that Ukraine have used ATACMS missiles against Russia, The way things are going in that conflict, we wont get to see any benefits from Greatland Gold, if Russia decide to retaliate against the west with Nuclear Weapons, in response to the U.S. allowing their use of these long range missiles....

The reason why the share price is where it is i believe, as nothing is quite yet set in stone,

is that there are so many shares in circulation, ( circa 10.41 Billion )

any potential investors are probably wondering that even if this does come good,

when their ever going to get there money back.

About time we received a decent RNS.

Well it does look good on the books,

and theres plenty of upside here,

but as a long term holder & like others on here will atest,

the share price will undoubtedly dwindle back down again.

Paul Welch & Jim Newman both have impressive cv's it must be said.

They have international experience & certainly the know how in their

field of business.

We can only judge them on the coming results whenever that may be.

But theres also the 'small' matter of $4 million debt that needs servicing,

So they"d better put their vast experience to the test (ie well abandonement etc etc) & suck the black stuff

out of all those abandoned wells that we own & bring them back to life.

We also have better technology than the previous 'management', in the form of 3D seismic mapping & so on.

We eagerly await the news..

I hope theres not going to be another fund raise in the background.!

After all we've only just had one haven't we?

I'm hopeful Paul Welch can turn this dog of a share around, however

long it takes.

All LTH's who have been here in what seems like an eternity can wait

a little longer if that what it takes to get it back on its feet.

We do have a long way to go..

I topped up yesterday as i thought i'd buy in the dip.

Im still way underwater with this share so will have to

keep buying in to average down a few more times.

Well theres a nice positive RNS.

Slowly gaining momentum.

Can't be too long now i would imagine.

Its taken the board a long time to get this moving,

& i'm sure that once the final audit comes out its going to be a big success.

Good assessment Investor PA. i think this share will drop to below 1p for a while, then once the 'holiday period' (as stated in the RNS)

of 6 months is up, it will start to climb.

I just hope that us share holders don't get screwed over, as is usually the case with some of the big operators.

I think its going to be a long time before us shareholders see any of our investment back.

So once CGO receive royalty payments, i wonder whether we'll see any of this income in

the form of dividends?

My account shows a 320% rise in the share price.

This RNS came as a bit of a shock i must say, but not really surprised, as this is the way NTOG have been going about their business all those years & its what they rely on to stay afloat,-constant fundraising.

But having said that, the new CEO Paul Welch does have a much more credible history & CV then that other one, so apart from being diluted to kingdom come yet again, im a little hopeful, after watching that youtube video, that if he does what he says he's going to do then he might just pull it off. Let's wait & see what happens then. GLA

Ever since ive been invested here, (and thats a long time) I've only ever known NTOG to raise funds,

never made any income worth talking about.

we need to see those old wells kick started & put back into production, I really do hope this new BOD can turn things around here.

Its been far too long.

Im 'only' 65% down.

Well at least this new board seem to be making the right noises,

now lets see if we can see some tangible results.

Its a pity they didnt convey this information to us beforehand., It would've been good and professional to keep all of us shareholders in the loop about

'offtakers taking and paying'.

Yes it does seem like a good deal, but i think were going to have to wait a good while until we

see any benefits.
