Ok Conman, i do look forward to the next quarterly update,
I mean NTOG have got to make it work with these high oil prices,
i know things are looking better than they did before, & with OPEC
keeping production levels down than its got to work in our favour.
its just so frustrating cus you never know when theyre going to
call another placing.
im just hoping things are going to get better here.
And if you show him the facts like NTOG being millions in debt, he seems to think
your a troll.
I, just like all other investors on this board want to see NTOG flying, but everytime
things are about to takeoff they just come crashing down again.
But heyho onwards and upwards. nice to see a page of blue today.
I do agree the share price should rise, with all thats going on with ntog, you have to
ask yourself why doesnt it rise very much?
oil prices are high, wells coming back online, cash flow positive, ( and $4 million in debt dont forget)
and lets face reality here... im sure therell be another placing sooner or later, maybe thats
why this share price isnt rising.
The problem is, NTOG always seem to fundraise, ive beenin here for years like many others and the share price only seems to go downwards, apart from the odd micro spike.
Maybe the fundementals do look better then they did before, but the share price is so often diluted, it feels like youre trying to climb up a greasy pole being invested with this company.
Just read the other posters opinions on this BB for further confirmation.
Im no expert on tax affairs, but i believe you can phone up HMRC and tell them about the situation, that way hopefully they may offset it against your earnings.
You could also go online with HMRC and try do it that way. Good Luck with that.
The RNS does state that operations to sell thermal coal will be internally funded.
So i cannot see any need for any kind of fundraise. (unless they have other plans)
Remember Contango is sitting on around 1 billion tonnes of coal in that area
and once coal sales begin in early H1 of 2023 then the revenue streams will be immense.
We just need to be a little patient here. GLA
Whatever anyone says here, theres one thing I'm pretty certain of, and come the next few months, as long as management do what they say theyre going to do, and we can line up the coking/ thermal coal buyers, then this share will rise very rapidly,
the potential here is absolutely enormous.
Interesting podcast, Were in for some blackouts this winter according to news reports,
Steel industries neednt worry too much if they can get hold of Contangos coking coal,
to keep the furnaces burning.
Plus if we can sell thermal coal to Europe than that will be another enormous income stream for
the company, as the nord stream pipelines have been cut off from Europe by Russia,
I cant see that changing for a long long time, so it will defintely work in Contangos favour.
Still holding here, the clocks ticking away and i know everythings going to fall in line, and lets face it, theres a global energy crisis emerging so Contango is in a very good position to supply world industries with its much sought after minerals. Coal in the current energy crisis climate could well turn out to be the new Gold.
Exciting times ahead i must add.
I personally think it could hit 15-20p per share by Christmas time. GLA
I recently heard that OPEC want to flood the market with oil, as it wont be too long before fossil fuels are put on the back burner, so surely this will bring oil prices down.
Unfortunately for us shareholders, no matter how high oil prices are, NTOGs share price doesnt never seems to change that much. (apart from only downards)
If the motor industry does need coal to produce fuel as an energy source, than that"ll be yet another enormous income stream for Contango, even though the share price may be lower for whatever reason,
the momentum is gradually building up for the company, i look forward to the final results for may 2022 to be published at the end of November.
Ok i underestimated it, but that was bear minimum $70-$80 per tonne which was on the RNS, i know it will be a lot higher,
even at base levels thats a lot of income per month,
and thats just the tip of the iceberg, good times coming here i think.
