Thanks for the link guidedog7, had a good read, sometimes companies delist to move up from AIM to the main market, which certainly isn't the case here with MAGP,
This ones a voluntary delisting, apparently to save �100,000.00 per year.
The problem is will us long suffering P.I.'s ever see any benefits to this saving,? I doubt that very much.
It also states in that blog, that some companies are brought to AIM through an I.P.O at a high price, then allowed over time to drift back down to a lower price, so the company can buy the shares back at a much lower price.
Does make you wonder doesn't it ? Have we all been shafted, and set Rita and BOD up for life?
Or can MAGP rise from the ashes....
