I made a small top slice sale of GSK at about £18 near the end of April.

A good couple of days of Lloyds share purchases by MS in response to the relatively large drop (about 2p) in share price.
MS appear to be doing a good job in not chasing purchases at any price - let the sellers offer their shares.

btw I have a current average of under 272p

As I said, a small top up on a big London market day drop.
Most of the money I wanted to invest at 390p is still available

for US and UK next week.

I wonder if the US will surprise with a 0.75% increase instead of expected 0.5%

price wise for any purchases that MS may make today.

Still very comfortably above my last purchase level.

I am afraid if you are hoping for that to happen before you hit the SELL button in November? , you will most likely be disappointed.
It would be very surprising though that the share price never doubles from here, but you will not be a shareholder then, so you have no worry about how long that will take.
