The dollar had been bought for many months (cable 1.37 earlier this year) and the 'mini' budget was only 2 months ago.
The dollar had clearly as I said at the time, been overbought.

Are we now going to continuous comments about the 'mini' budget being the reason for this and that, as we have had about the UK leaving the EU.
