and why is that - lending criteria changed from a multiple of income to an affordability test - the lower the rates went the more someone could borrow.
If a multiple of 3 and half times salary was stuck to then house prices now would be far far lower along with levels of rent.
No one forced borrowers in recent times to borrow to the max based on very low rates/virtually free money.

I pointed out what the American president and the Nato boss said about protecting every inch of Nato soil.

Why don't you and others with any complaints about Shell post them on the Shell board and not the lloyds bank board. Same for BP.
