I think you will find that the consolidation is a cosmetic exercise to keep the price per share about the same rather than fall by about 50p when the cash leaves the business.

Currently investors would have to pay about 67p more than yesterday to get the 50p cash return.

I think you will find it is the job of Met1 to give out valuation figures when they can spare the time.

It is not up to a non shareholder to give a moving asset valuation on a daily basis, Fo you know the current salary on it's one and only employee. Money that would be coming out of the cash pile each month as will the directors salaries.
