As I have previously posted - no big deal a few directors selling some of their acquired shares when they are allowed to do so - NOTHING to do with 'insider trading'

As far as I can see Shelly held 5,87,4879 and sold down in February to 1,781,116 shares.

I don't think that represents 94% of shares sold.

So maybe finally you could give the fact of a sale in March - seems to be taking you a long time

As have said, no one should have been bothered then or now if a few shareholders some of their acquired shares. Someone now seems to have an issue a few months later just because of the continuing decline since SVB.

I am not going to pretend - I would be more than happy for the share price to remain at 46p or go lower whilst Lloyds maintain current profitability and remove 4 Billion shares + from the market each year.

Lloyds BOD's are not using 'insider trading' making sales based on undisclosed bad news.

If you think they have been then I suggest you bring the matter up at the AGM.

I shall repeat - The market has had the jitters on bank stocks since the collapse of SVB and subsequent banks. and may also feel the weight of the yet to be resolved USA debt ceiling being raised.
