Reaching an upgraded 90p share price from MS, would still leave Lloyd's valuation comfortably below the market cap valuation reached in 2015.

I think you will find that we have already had results with a declared final dividend and the announcement of another buyback programme. Also 71p is 17p above 54p

any changes to share capital should not be disregarded. 945p per share many years ago is pretty meaningless.

We are currently approaching an all time share price high, just for those interested, but as I said meaningless as a measurement against ancient history.

Today HSBC reached yet another all time high market cap valuation, way above the valuation of many years ago at the time of the highest price per share.

Ukraine are not in Nato.

The response from the west were sanctions along with military equipment/training help- unfortunately there are countries in the world who did not join the cause with sanctions, because they were thinking more about being able to get hold of oil cheaply, than be concerned about the invasion of a sovereign country.
