Improving again last couple of days should be a good sign.

Agree, Convertible Loan notes are far too open to manipulation. Though Vitol maybe able to provide the finance on an access to the oil at a pre-determined price say $5-10 pb below market price an secure maybe 50-100% of the offtake ? "Just a thought".

Is anyone aware of any penalty clauses that may apply to the early settlement of the Accugas debt or do we think it is more a case of showing full year audited accounts to any new debt supplier ?

There is no announcement it was a suggestion by myself as i feel that is where we should be with the ambitions we have.

This has been dragged down last few sessions, we may see some large late trades issued after hours today. Maybe a couple of TR1's over the next couple of days as well, although the II's don't appear to adhere to that rule with this share.

Yes agree and timely with the roadshow due this week, think a new customer may also be announced in coming weeks. Publish Full year accounts end of March/April with tasty profit which in turn should enable us to renegotiate debt to alot more favourable terms. Niger will it be a Farm in or a finance deal whichever end of year still seems to be the target and interest will increase the closer to Q4 we get. All in all very pleased. Got get those II's AK

Is this being pushed down deliberately so there can be a fund raise at a low ball price where only the II's can participate, 5/6p, i wouldn't bet against it.

This is going nowhere, EY have allowed this as administrators they will have done due diligence and if you were suing anyone it would be them, they would be covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance. At worst here we would be looking at a small claim proportionate to 14 defendants and then counterclaim against the administrators.
They may also settle a significantly smaller undisclosed amount pre trial monday or tuesday.

Hopefully it will all be resolved one way or another on wednesday as you say inter won't be a huge payout when split between 14 but more importantly it will be another negative removed.

Cheers Porsche, 2018 was a big loss on currency exchange but it appears AK has recognised this and is dealing with it and we should see further reductions.

Volumes have been a lot lower over past week allowing a drift in the share price however i will stick my neck out and suggest there are still II's accumulating here and it is being made a little easier to do so. The TR1 buying and selling notification for save is p--s poor to say the least.

Surely if the results are going to be good, AK will be keen to expedite there publication maybe end of March, beginning of April as it would have a profound effect on the company not only its share price but access to debt restructuring for Accugas and Funding for Niger and hopefully a divi.

If NY want a totalistor then Webis's Watch and Wager is perfect as that is exactly what it is, either buy outright or build a taxation into watch and wager and draw revenue ?

It will be interesting to see if any buyers come in at 15p after this pullback ?
