It needs to be as this is massively underperforming, we sit well below last fund raising, 7 energy deal and last january's share price, since then "had the pandemic" but after initial market shock we have had oil and gas prices recover to pre covid highs, debt reduction, suggested first profit and more, yet the share price sits at a poultry 17p. Frustrating is an understatement

Been in this trading range now for 3 months finally expect this to break to the upside in May either side of Results. Hugely undervalued.

Hopefully we will get an RNS with the date the Results will be published this week, may then see some positive momentum leading up to them, fingers crossed.

Zengas great posts by the way, though skin in the game on aim for directors doesn't stop them doing off market deals when it comes to takeovers !!

Is it not possible we may just provide the platform for an operator to sit on and take an income that way ?

I noticed AK was using their logo on the slides he used in the Proactive investors interview the other week yet we still have no confirmed relationship with them either as partner or significant investor, a bit strange ?

Have to say i am a little disconcerted that we can issue a 2020 Trading update on 25th of Jan yet can't be ars--d to get full year accounts published until May it just doesn't make sense, why no urgency to get them out ?

I had an email back last week from Violet of the new IR Company telling me results will be some time in may and not before.

Had an email back from Violet in IR this morning saying full year results won't be until May which i find a little disappointing as one why does it take 4/5 months to prepare when many do it in 2/3 months and two surely any debt restructure and credit rating AK mentioned yesterday will be reflective upon our results so surely lets get them out there if they are any good ?

Thanks Porsche the point i make is about the delivery of results as at present any lender will basically be going on last years loss primarily, so it is in our interest to expediate these results as any profit will benefit terms.

Snaffleman, i really can't see debt restructure until full year results announced as that if as good as anticipated will be the catalyst. No one will take the debt on if we are still making a loss.

I agree i think their participation will be a more active one.
I really would like to see the results published end of March or early April as i believe this will be the catalyst for many things, especially debt restructure which i feel they cannot consider until they prove the profit of which they have talked !!

His Aug 2020 purchase standing him at a nice £1m profit at present and alot more to come. I still feel we are due a TR1 from someone but who Vitol would be good ?

Hopefully get a TR1 notification this week of new II or existing one significantly increasing.

I can live with those all day long following work achieved in last 6 months and believe new ones will be offered and set probably somewhere in-between £1 and the price you suggest Inter in the next 12-18 months and i won't be too displeased with those either.

I have to pinch myself and continually recalculate to make sure i am reading it right but like Zengas states £2 a share in 20-36 months really is on the cards here.
Hopefully AK will expediate the results as i am sure they will be needed to action any new debt deal.

Africa is still massively under developed and their is no reason All of Africa but especially Nigeria and hopefully Niger cannot experience the kind of growth akin to China and South East Asian countries in the late 80's, 90's and early 2000's.

Thanks Inter, it has never appeared to be heavily shorted yet we have big sellers and that has weighted on the SP, as i have mentioned a couple of times this week i feel a finish above 16p will be significant as to where we go next, ( iam no Chartist by the way) but it is definitely a key resistance.
