Just a thought but is it just possible Vitol become a farm in partner in Niger say 50% with guarantee of oil via pipeline through Chad (if deal goes through) they act as bridging loan on Nigeria to restructure debt in Nigeria, we then use some of said debt as balance of Chad payment (assuming receivables from any pre signed date don't cover shortfall). Balance of remaining debt restructure used in Nigeria and possibly no more shares issued. As i said just a thought ?

We need to at least meet targets set out by AK in next weeks half year results as that could be a great catalyst for the share price on relist as it would underpin that company are capable of returning on an investment.

Some really good informative posts yesterday and thanks to all, hopefully all the pieces are finally falling into place and we will get the Blockbuster RNS we have all been waiting for very soon, fingers crossed.

Will there be a notice period of when we will resume trading eg announcement tomorrow we will resume on September 22nd ?

If nothing else within 6 weeks we should receive first half results and i am pretty sure i read that AK had said that completion or abortion should be done within 2-3 months and that was on 28th June take into account it was announced on 2nd of june and they had been working on it apparently since April you would like to think completion is just around the corner.
There is alot of other news due as well, new customers, debt restructure, Niger plans etc. Roll on September !!!

yesterdays AGM gave AK part of his ammo for the spending spree in the resolution to be able to issue more shares, "was that upto 1 billion" ? hopefully Vitol's involvement will become clearer in coming weeks and possible cheap financing for access to oil.

Hi Porsche, understand debt restructure would follow credit rating, i didn't hear AK last Q&A but i thought i recalled someone posting on here that AK indicated the credit rating was 3-4 weeks away ? i may be wrong.
Lets hope if it is 2-3 months it really is a Blockbuster RNS, I can live with that.

It is the first day of the 3rd Quarter tomorrow, surely we must be due updates on Credit Rating, Debt Restructure, new gas customers, Plans for Niger, the company hasn't stopped trading it is just the shares.
Lets have some news AK appreciate your busy but these were all WIP months ago.

Trustlie, i agree with Soder you cannot speculate here until we know exactly what the deal entails, we are all hopeful it is hugely favourable to us long term holders but please do not assume this will be a perfect deal and do not appear to ramp, what will be will be, if there is value here as we all suspect there is we will get our reward.
