Hi Agadem, i wasn't on the call but had hoped IR would have loaded it onto the website by now but sadly not. Exciting times, also worth remembering that the former president was killed in an internal conflict and that risk will carry some downside.

Couldn't see II taking up a placing any hirer than the teens unless they have all been filling there boots off market at 15-16 recently.
Loan for oil at 6-7%, no placing, reason i say this is if we are looking at multiple opportunities we would probably use the same method of purchase RBL, Trading Investor loan as opposed to Share issue as i think 3/4 dilutions would be unpalatable and damaging.

Its certainly looking that way QD, very American way of reporting results. i am at a total loss as to what they are trying to achieve unless its bad news or suspension, i don't see the point in releasing good news after the close ?

I do hope these are released before market closes as that would be bad news in itself but also people will not be able to refer to them in the Q&A with AK which would leave him wide open to a proper slating.

What a bizarre time to release results !!

I raised the very point with Camarco about there being no notifications re II positions for over 12 months, to which they said and i quote any shareholder with a position of over 3% must notify the market of that change.
weird still not seen a TR1 , 2 I even had to point out to them the significant shareholder register was over 6 months old after them saying it was updated after each increase or decrease.

AK doesn't do to badly out of his base salary to be fair so the gravy train will keep serving him as it has even without shareholder value.

On the point of market makers again today, large spread and probably drop the ask to 15p on the Uncrossing trade, though i suspect the bid at close of play tomorrow 4.30 or 8.00am friday will be significantly higher 16.50-17.50

Agadem, Agree as many have said in recent weeks the results are incidental now it is AK's plans for the next 6-12 months that are important because to mind he has done virtually jack s--t in the last 6 months other than take his salary.

Well they are certainly walking this down on no volume whatsoever, huge spread all day past few days then drop the bid on the uncrossing trade, hoping they are after stock pre RNS in anticipation of good RNS or we have a buyer sweeping up at 16pish, loads of piddly little A Trades. Roll on friday at least we can judge AK then or more importantly the market will.

If AK misses on these results his credibility is shot and the institutions will choose who runs the asset moving forward which is exactly what they did when they chose AK to do it years ago. this company is worth alot of money but will its value ever be achieved on an a pretty unregulated market, sadly i have been shafted before by someone who tells us they have to much skin in the game. This is Africa and full of crooks, i quote Phil Edmonds former England cricketer Central African Mining raised, raised and raised with a huge stake for himself the sold well below the last raising price trust me it was an off market deal ( bunch of c--ts). Violet at Capital Market Communications has confirmed to me that results will be published in May she would confirm the date but said it will be May, my guess wednesday 26th.

I imagine the institutions are also miffed at this performance as basically they are sat on very big paper losses over the last 5 years indeed nearly 50% over last 2 years and ultimately it is AK's job to show a return on investment at some point II money needs to work for them or they will move it on !!!

I have just looked on the website and and under Financial Calendar Past Events 2021 Results are saying they were posted on 1.05.2021.
WTF is going on ?
