Maybe the Bod has instructed the involved parties to see what happens to the pound over New Year and the end of the transition period. A 10% swing isn't out of the picture and would be an easy way of increasing the final sale price in GBP.

Dmitry did say they wouldn't be rushed, but that was 14 months ago.

I think they might be waiting on something as simple as a currency swing, rather than anything to do with the resources.

I'm always stunned the level of corruption in the city of London. Half the world's dirty money passes through books based in the city.
Yet it's covered up by the top level of the system being the most secure and respected in the world. Hence the reputation and the fact the Russians, Chinese, etc all love it.
It's neutral ground to them.
It's very nuanced and the corruption further down in the depths of the system, reeks.
