Can be lifted any time.
Someone mentioned last time EUA was suspended 3 or 4 years ago, it was listed again by the afternoon.
Obviously far, far different circumstances. But yes you can relist in the afternoon.
*10 trading days to go*
I will take £1.05 p/s for MT if you're reading this Dmitry
Has to be some major style NDA's going on.
I note AGM's are usually held mid June at EUA.
Should they be calling it about now?
Agree with all of that.
Yes, I am unfortunately.
Extremely positive holder here, but can't think of anything else.
NN are probably taking the negotiations in an inconvenient direction and the Bod is trying to wind them in a bit to get us the price we deserve.....and that takes time.
If we unlisted today with no news and NN saw our share price go down to 4p, what is stopping them using it to coerce a better price?
I wish people looked at value more, but in this world many look at irrelevant numbers in front of them, bluechip companies included.
I didn't mean it in that regard.
I meant that I think they're using the rules of AIM to prolong the suspension. Having no NOMAD is an enforced suspension by the authorities.
Maybe the Bod has the nomad ready on April 30th but purposely didn't report it so they could get another month.
Can't really complain with any of that.
I am very, very positive....but I do think you've highlighted the one thing that has been incredibly negative about EUA in the past few months.
The being 'out at sea' idea that the pirate guys on this BB make a laugh out of....it got tiring a long time ago.
We should have been kept updated with MT happenings, but we weren't. Not even in the general update were we really updated.
It's now at the stage that when the good news I believe is coming, drops....many will be more relieved than they are happy.
I would have to agree in the sense that they said we were suspended 'pending an announcement' 3 months ago.
The comms have been a disgrace regarding whatever that announcement is. But maybe there is more to it, maybe they will come out all guns blazing with one of the very best stories that establishes why they had to stay silent.
I for one trust these guys.
'Just yet' doesn't fill one with confidence.
I think this is an artificial scenario and the nomad has been in place in all but word for several days now.
They just want to delay relisting to protect the SP.
Even though MT is surely sold.
I use RNSalert already. I meant visiting this board for the forum.
We'd be much better mining it ourselves than taking 1 billion. There is 20+ billion worth of palladium there.
We could make a fortune. I understand everyone wants a pay now though, and I'm sure Dmitry & co do too.
Even with a depression ahead of us, NN will be looking at a 10, maybe 20 year timescale if they're serious.
$3 billion is a bargain, you may be pleasantly surprised.
Absolutely, so after 80% of 80% we'd be looking at $1.92 billion with approx $500 million held in the purse for whatever may come.
I've noticed there are no derampers or vitriolic preachers in the early mornings. I only look at this board between about 6 and 9, then I'm out.
Anybody seeking the good, reasoned folk, I advise you to do the same.
- Sale of MT for $3 billion. 80% of it paid to shareholders via means of a special dividend. 20% retained for enhancing our operations at WK.
- WK scaled up to what was expected in the 2020 plan.
- Absolute Precision team up with us to develop VT which could be an absolute beast in the years ahead.
Our relationship with CITIC ends as soon as we get the dividend and sale is complete.
Eurasia joins the FTSE 350 by the year 2023.
Ah of course! Forgot the Bank holiday. Thanks for correcting me.

News on MT is going to validate that golden ticket of yours, much akin to Charlie & Mr Wonker crashing through the ceiling in that vehicle at the end of the chocolate factory.
Come with me (and my EUA golden ticket) and you'll soon be in a world of pure imagination my friend.
Not long to go now.
The longer this goes on, the more positive I get.
The Bod is too honourable to drag us along like this only for it to be bad news.
Have a fantastic day one and all!
One day this sleeping giant with stir from a long night's kip and roar once again into the 8am open.
I miss those days of being actively traded! :-(
Hopefully Monday June 1st we can back into the (quite literal) swing.
Personally I think this delay is very much on purpose and the Bod are astutely using the rules of AIM to get some extra time. They wanted a broker better suited to what will be a bigger EUA and a bigger company generally.....and they knew that was reason enough to stay suspended, hence the timing of everything.
Things probably aren't as 'done' as we all thought, but regardless, I do still think MT is sold.
Maybe they've just been protecting the share price throughout negotiations. You know what the big boys are like, if we were negotiating with NN with an SP of 4p, rather than 7p, they'd see it as reason enough to spend half as much on MT.
Of course Dmitry & co would then politely tell them where to go.
Everything is just fine here, they're likely playing this masterfully. 20+ years in the making. Not an overnight success.
