Just got back to the office, so unfortunately missed the call. What did I find upon my return?

Surprise surprise - a totally empty 'jam tomorrow' RNS and a share price tanking to a new all-time low.

Indeed. I think that the importance of the call has been overestimated. It's a knee jerk reaction to everyone kicking off about the AGM location.

I'm sure it'll be the usual vague stuff about 'in progress' and 'updates soon', without much reference to the fact that the cash is running out and the share price is in the toilet.

Off out of the office for meetings now. I'm hoping to wrap up by 14:00 and dial in. If not, I'll have to check this place for an update afterwards. Good luck to all.

He's not the only one Miller. One of the other newbies who rocked up late last week had this to say on Saturday:

"I am going to enjoy the weekend and sun, good lucky buying back under 0.40p Monday."

The eagle-eyed among you will note that the share price hasn't come within a country mile of 0.4p at any point this week. This amateur is now off ramping the life out of another share instead. These guys should probably stick to betting on the horses, or playing the lottery.

Anyway, it's the big conference call today. Let's see what earth-shattering news the CEO has up his sleeve.

Your point is a valid one marineville. There's never any weight, credibility, fact or evidence behind any of the moronic ramps turned out by the likes of 'Jessie' (who must be delighted that his latest account has lasted 24 hours now).

It's always just 'Bargain! NY Wheel! Derampers!' and a host of other meaningless, empty junk of that nature. Anyone investing in a company on the basis of rubbish like that deserves everything they get IMO.

Lol. Anyone who makes such claims about what they earn definitely isn't getting anywhere close to that number. Ignore him, he's clearly full of it.

I suspect you're probably right Miller. These clowns do seemingly have a habit of rocking up right around the time of a CLN RNS. You can spot them a mile off because they understand virtually nothing of the company's history or any details about the investments - they just parrot the same easily disprovable lines ad infinitum.

A total coincidence, I'm sure.

Unfortunately I have a meeting at 13:00 on Weds, so I'm going to miss the conference call if the meeting overruns. I'm sure the reaction of this board will tell me all I need to know afterwards however...

That's certainly partly true. The share price has also been depressed by the following factors:

*An enormous amount of shareholder dilution in the form of CLNs; these were needed to keep the lights on in lieu of any revenue
*The sale of Starneth; this was also needed to keep the lights on, per the above
*The failure of Challenger to close the much-vaunted Jakarta project
*The failure of Challenger to close any of the other so-called '25 GOW projects in the pipeline' from the Jakarta days
*The NY Wheel has been in 'advanced negotiations' with a new contractor for just short of a year - what is causing the delay and how much additional funding will be needed to complete the project?
*Challenger lent £100,000 to an unproven events company to launch its first convention event - said event was subsequently cancelled and investors have no idea what has become of their £100k

As you can see, it's a rather more complex picture than you are implying it is.

Pretty turbulent day so far - looks as though one big sell has taken it down again. At least the volume is up a bit - all eyes on the CEO during this conference call. He really needs to deliver something tangible.

Indeed it is. You appeared as if from nowhere before the weekend. You're now ramping the life out of this like you've invested your granny's life savings in to it and like there is absolutely nothing negative to be said about the utterly pitiful performance of this company over the last few years.

A small piece, yes. Unless NY Wheel has to go back to investors for more cash and our stake is therefore diluted... or unless they fail to appoint a new contractor to deliver the wheel and the stake is therefore as good as worthless.

It's almost a flip of a coin. The last 'investor conference call' lasted ten minutes and the CEO ducked any and all potentially difficult (or dare I say 'challenging') questions. It was a washout and a waste of time.

However with the NY Wheel deadline rapidly approaching, it seems that some are willing to roll the dice and hope for some news.

No worries. It's important for a few voices of reality and common sense to post on boards like this. The rampy trolls just spam as many messages as possible in the hope of dominating the front page of the board - fortunately they don't get away with it here. They get abusive because they have nothing constructive to say; because what can possibly be said about this company's performance which would paint it in a positive light?

Perhaps one of them can make themselves useful and find out where our Star Sanctum cash is?

Thanks mate. I haven't got much left in here now. I'd been trading it up and down for a while, then got caught holding a few when the last load of CLNs hit. No point selling now. To be honest, I fully expect this to delist and for me to lose that cash. Hey ho - it happens from time to time if you're taking a punt on dog shares.

Btw, totally safe to ignore JessieHarro. Clearly just another sockpuppet account (set up this morning, naturally) from the same troll who does this every couple of weeks. It'll be deleted shortly I'm sure.

Great posts Miller - all true. We’ve seen the likes of Brainless and his ilk here time and time again over the years as this company has failed to deliver a single one of its stated aims during that time. They’re fooling no one at this point.

Some of us have been here long enough to remember ‘25 GOW projects in the pipeline’ and more recently ‘5 acquisition targets being evaluated’.

Well what a day we’ve had here. 30 posts on a Saturday, mainly from a load of ramp accounts who have suddenly turned up here out of nowhere, posting the usual empty and meaningless rubbish, trying to sucker a few more people in.

The article that Brainless has just posted is from February. It’s meaningless. It’s the work of someone trying to pump the share price a little before dumping out and moving on to his next ramp. Seen it all before. You’re not fooling anyone here.

The phrase ‘Do your own research’ is very relevant with this share. Start with marineville’s list of questions - there’s a reason that our new influx of ‘friends’ can’t answer a single one of them.
