As in he can't expand upon the reasons for the placing and the 25% discount to the SP until after they have been printed, which is tomorrow... anyone expecting ANOTHER big story to come out of it should be wary I fear.

The fundamentals are better today than they ever were at 15p.... the only possible gripes anyone can have is share dilution via warrants/options and giving a discount on the 22m private placing. Other than that we have got more machines, earier, with more to come. We have announced two new companies to help us expand in the US, oh and upgraded our OTC listing too. The pros far outweigh the cons. And since everyone else is doing it to try and instil confidence I presume... bought in July at 4.6p and have averaged up and up and have nearly 100k but haven't sold a share yet.

If you'd said hold for 4 weeks to someone 5 weeks ago their 15p share would be worth 80p+ - sometimes we just need to zoom out and look at the big picture.

The way I'm looking at it is this.... you know when your plane lands and everyone stands up and gets their bags and then rushes down the stairs onto the waiting bus.... the bus is nearly full but it's not going anywhere. People start to get frustrated, it's hot and crowded and nobody knows what's going on. People start to hop off the bus and look around, someone even suggests walking to the terminal.... a few minutes later, down the steps come the captain and crew, smartly dressed, prim and proper. They step on, the doors hiss shut, the engine revs and we're off to the terminal.

Argo is the bus. We're being held, waiting for the most important people of all to get on (big institutional investors, maybe from the US, in my personal opinion.) You could not pay me to get off this bus. I want to go to the terminal so my new life can start.

Oversold yes, but in fairness we have had six different RNS announcing various forms of dilution in a couple of weeks.... each one just interrupts the momentum a little, but so many in such quick succession has basically reversed the positive sentiment.

Those board members (or former board members) who have chosen to cash in so many in such quick succession have shot themselves and us in the foot. If only we could buy back warrants at a reasonable price to avoid anything so unfortunate happening again on this journey.

All that said, the fundamentals are stronger now than they were a month ago, this morning's 10% bitcoin correction couldn't have come at a worse time, however, in six months time I doubt anyone will even remember today.

I think this is as much to do with the btc downturn as anything else at the moment. Still, one less thing to worry about when we're on the way up....

Guys try not to pin all your hopes on peter’s video..,, I expect it will only be him explaining the rationale behind the placing and perhaps expanding on what the money is going towards. I don’t expect any new bombshells from it.

I’ve got a suspicion there are some big II waiting to load up and probably want to get as close to the 80p placing price as they can .... I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a placing price not hit by the SP in the days after the announcement. Kinda hope we just get there and bounce now.

From what I can tell we have another 36-48 hours of limbo (35-38k ish) then will break up or down... if up looking at jump towards 42, 47 then maybe 56k....

Fraid not, and no plans to. Need specialist equipment, not as simple as switching a few rigs over to search for something else.

I’d quite gladly never gap up again. Just grow organically intraday. Some about seeing their stock up 10% at 8.01am makes people turn into sellers or traders sadly.

Bitcoin also dropped 2k to the bottom of the channel overnight... that won’t help. Expect it to four between 35-38k for another day or two before hopefully taking off again

Sadly just because someone has tweeted it mate, doesn’t mean it is true. There’s no date there, the only Riot news this week has been about new Antminers (sigh) and XMS and Riot go back nearly a year as per my link below. Sorry to temper your enthusiasm.

I just want the Nasdaq. US just closed at $1.31. So 96p. I really feel that with zero warrants RNS in the past two weeks instead of five, we'd have cracked $2 already.... we'll never know I guess.

Without wishing to rekindle the discussion, for me it's not the amount of dilution it's the regularity and uncertainty which has undoubtedly set us back in the US in terms of momentum. Unavoidable, perhaps, but nonetheless frustrating.
